Day 1: Marrakech – Ait Ben haddou – Ouarzazate - Dades Gorges

We'll embark on a scenic journey along the winding High Atlas Road, crossing over the stunning Tizi-n-Tichka pass at an elevation of 2,260 meters. Deviating from our route, we'll make our way to the charming village of Telouet. After exploring the impressive Glaoui Kasbah, we'll traverse the Ounila Valley en route to Ait Ben Haddou village, where a delicious lunch awaits. This historic kasbah is a must-see, allowing you to step back in time before we continue our journey to Ouarzazate. Along the way, we'll pause to capture photographs near the famous Atlas Studios. Our next stop is the remarkable Taourirt Kasbah. Continuing on, we'll immerse ourselves in the beauty of the Palm Grove of Skoura before following the Road of a Thousand Kasbahs to the breathtaking Dades Gorges. Here, we'll retire for the evening at a hotel in the Gorges, where you can enjoy a delightful dinner and recharge for the next day's adventures.

• After fueling up with a hearty breakfast, we'll delve into the magnificent Dades Gorges, where you'll be awestruck by the remarkable rock formations aptly dubbed "monkey fingers." Our next stop will be in Boumalne Dades, offering a panoramic vantage point over the stunning Dades Valley, perfect for capturing postcard-worthy photographs. From there, we'll make our way to the town of Tinghir, exploring its vibrant Jewish quarter before venturing into the lush Todgha palm grove and its awe-inspiring gorges.

  Our next destination is the intriguing village of 45 Kasbah N’kob, followed by a visit to the city of Rissani, renowned for its ancient market that once served as a meeting point for caravans traversing the southern Sahara. After exploring its rich history, we'll continue our journey to Alnif and the lush Tazarine palm grove, allowing you to bask in the area's breathtaking landscapes.

  Arriving at the Berber village of N’kob, we'll pause for a delectable lunch before setting our sights on Marrakech. Our route will take us through the picturesque village of Agdez and the stunning Draa Valley, offering a glimpse into the region's diverse terrain.

  As we approach Ouarzazate, we'll make a brief stop for a rejuvenating coffee break before crossing the High Atlas Mountains, admiring the majestic peaks that stand as sentinels over the landscape.
