Guest Experience registration is $1,500 while spaces remain.

This registration is nonrefundable.

Refund Policy

The $500 deposit is nonrefundable and cancellation requests will be honored as follows:

• 180 or more days before the retreat: 100% refund minus $500 deposit plus processing fees.
• 120 to 179 days before the retreat: 70% refund minus $500 deposit plus processing fees.
• 90 to 119 days before the retreat: 50% refund minus $500 deposit plus processing fees.
• 60 to 89 days: 30% refund minus $500 deposit plus processing fees
• 59 days or less: No refund.

Example: $1,500 paid with cancellation request made 180 or more days before the retreat, refund of $941.50 ($1,500 - $500 - $58.50 processing fees).

Example: $1,500 paid with cancellation request made 90 to 119 days before the retreat, refund of $191.50 ($750 - $500 - $58.50 processing fees)

This policy protects the integrity of the scheduled pre-payments that must be made to the host hotel to hold your space.
