The 3 day hike included in this trip requires a Medium to High level of fitness, good cardio vascular capacity and good knees. There are no altitude issues however Nepal can be dusty and smokey. There are 3 days of hiking approx. 4 hours per day approx. 4 km per day and mostly uphill with some graduation and winding bits. The last hour of the trek is downhill. This is a requirement to attend this tour. *
