Your journey begins with a warm welcome and a refreshing drink. After settling into your accommodations, a delightful selection of snacks awaits you, accompanied by your choice of tea, water, or our signature mock-tail, crafted to delight your senses and help you unwind.

We will gather for an opening ceremony to mark the beginning of our long weekend. Together, we will set clear intentions for the weekend and create a sacred space to align our energy and focus. Following the ceremony, you will have the opportunity to learn about the fascinating and important practice of Energy Hygiene, guided by our expert protector, who will share essential tools for maintaining energetic balance throughout the weekend and beyond.

A sumptuous, thoughtfully prepared organic meal will follow, designed to satiate your cravings and nourish both body and soul.

The second day begins with a light breakfast and your choice of beverage. Prior to embarking on your first shamanic journey of the weekend, you’ll have the opportunity to experience your best aligned plant medicine that was pre-determined during your consultation with Inner Center. You will be guided through the energetics of engaging with plant medicine and integration, as these sacraments are meant to assist with accessing the heart chakra, as well as deeper layers of the unconscious mind. We will then offer instruction on what a shamanic journey is and how to easily enter into it. Energetic protections will be in place during the shamanic journey. In this safe and sacred space, you’ll embark on a deep healing journey into the spirit world, guided by experienced facilitators to hold space for your transformative experience. Following your journey, you will have ample time to journal about your experience. 

After a nourishing lunch and some time to explore the beautiful natural surroundings, we will guide you through Journey Alchemy using hypnotherapy. Here, you will work with your subconscious and higher self to decode the imagery and symbols encountered during your Shamanic Journey. Journey Alchemy is specifically designed to aid you in uncovering the meanings and insights of your journey which directly support your personal growth and healing.

In the afternoon, take some time to commune with nature, journal, or create art, allowing you to process and incorporate the wisdom received during your journey.

We’ll reconvene for dinner, bringing the group together in community to share a nurturing meal and reflect on the experiences of the day.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll close the day with a soothing Sound Bath, featuring the resonating tones and healing frequencies of singing bowls, a gong, and other instruments that will help to fully integrate the day's work, as well as promote deep relaxation.

On Day 3, we will dive even deeper into the Shamanic Journey experience with a second journey to uncover further insights that are ready to be revealed. For this journey, you can once again experience your best aligned plant medicine pre-determined during your consultation with Inner Center, which allows for a deeper connection to your heart chakra vortex as you access the spirit world and all the wisdom that lies within. Once again you will have ample time to journal about all you experienced during the shamanic journey.

After a summery lunch, you’ll have some time to connect with nature before returning for another session of Journey Alchemy. With the guidance of hypnotherapy, you’ll once again work with your subconscious mind and higher self to decode and process the revelatory experiences from your second shamanic journey.

Later in the afternoon, there will be time to reflect, create art, or journal about your experiences, all of which can facilitate the integration of your personal experiences and profound soul learning.

That evening we will gather for the closing dinner where those who feel called may share about their experiences and insights in a safe, supportive, and nourishing environment.  Through openness and courageous vulnerability, there is a sacred opportunity to create lasting connections with other individuals within the group, as well as your facilitators.

The evening will end with a Shamanic Closing Ceremony, where we will acknowledge and honor the energetic transformations and personal growth that has taken place throughout our time together. You’ll have more opportunity to share your journey and celebrate the collective energy of the group.

Awake early to experience the peaceful grounds one last time and enjoy a light breakfast with the beautiful souls who have shared your weekend journey.
