We invite you to join a diverse team of women as we take you to the stunning mountains of Italy. Our guides will be creating a fun & engaging environment as you get to experience this journey with other women in leadership who refuse to live life feeling stuck, small, or frustrated.
Leadership sessions will be facilitated by Jaime Taets, author of "You Are Here" and "The Culture Climb" and CEO of Keystone Group International, as she guides you through a series of workshops: Igniting the Shift in Executive Women Leaders personally and professionally.
Exhilarate & challenge yourself with hiking through stunning mountains, traversing via ferratas, and more! It won't be all work- it will also be a time to celebrate all you've accomplished already + enjoy some of Italian wineries and the beautiful city of Venice.
There is so much adventure, opportunities to learn & tons of laughs and conversations with each other.

For the first and last two nights we will be staying in Venice to relax and rejuvenate after our hard work!
We will be staying in a series of huts across the Rosengarten mountain range, nestled between peaks. You will have your own bed, and when available, a private room.
Your transportation from Venice at the Marco Polo airport (VCE) to the hotel will be leaving from the airport by 4 P.M.
At the end of the trip, you will be transported back to the Venice Marco Polo Airport for your departure.
The following gear will be provided to you and distributed the evening prior to the overnight backpacking hike:
-Sleeping bag liner (approximate measurements 6" x 3"; 9 oz)
-Helmet
-Harness + Lanyard (approximately 2 lbs)
-Compressed towelettes + bag (for toileting)
You will arrive at the Marco Polo Airport in Venice (Airport code VCE), where we will pick you up from the airport at 4 pm and drive you to our lodging.
You will have the opportunity to shop at a store for any specialty food or beverage items you want for your trip.
After you get settled in to your accommodations, we will go out for an authentic Italian meal, take some time to connect and review the agenda, and get ready for a great week!
We will enjoy lunch and a visit to a local winery with wine tastings. Guided tour trough the vineyard tours and barrel cellar followed by a tasting in their stunning Skywine Pavilion, which overlooks the stunning region!
After a morning breakfast (and coffee), we will drive to the base of the Rosengarten mountains where we will begin our hike!
Total elevation gain: approximately 2,500 ft
Total Distance: Approximately 8 miles
Activity Level: Moderate to Difficult with sections of incline and decline that include large and/or loose rocks.
Gear Supplied: We will provide you with sleeping bag liners and blankets for the huts and guide you through one of the most stunning hikes in the world!
Gear Needed: See full packing list under "tasks", along with item recommendations that you can purchase. For this hike, you will need comfortable waterproof hiking boots, hiking poles, and a 35-50 liter hiking backpack as you will be carrying your bedding, clothing & gear through the mountains.
Recommended Gear: Water bottle, rain gear, extra layers of clothing.
Dinner and Breakfast will be eaten in the mountains.
After our session, we will pack up everything in to our backpacks and head out. We will start with a hike to a stunning stretch of mountain called Passo Santner, where we will get to complete our first via Ferrata! After the via ferrata, we will arrive at our lodging for the night in the Rosengarten Hut.
Total elevation gain: approximately 1,500 ft
Total Distance: Approximately 5 miles
Activity Level: Moderate with sections of via ferrata where you will need to use cables to move along vertical gullies and steeples. This is considered a beginner's route and will offer stunning panoramic views of this incredible range!
Gear Supplied: We will provide you with a harness, via ferrata cables, and a helmet.
Dinner and Breakfast will be eaten in the mountains.
After our session, we will pack up everything in to our backpacks one last time and head out.
We will hike an easy horizontal stretch along the front side of the mountain range for the first few miles. Then, we will ascend the final pass and enjoy some delicious lemonade and lunch at the Roda De Vael hut. After that, we will go on a fantastic final via ferrata before descending to the base of the mountain.
Total elevation gain: approximately 3,500 ft
Total Distance: Approximately 8 miles
Activity Level: Moderate with sections of via ferrata where you will need to use cables to move along vertical gullies and steeples. This is considered an intermediate route and will allow you to advance your via ferrata skills!
Gear Supplied: We will provide you with a harness, via ferrata cables, and a helmet.
