INCLUDED:
Cost: When registration opens the cost will be stated as per person (PP) cost - twin or double share. Single Supplement Price will be available to be paid in addition to per person (PP) price.
Accommodations: All hotels for the 9 days will be listed in the itinerary upon release of the trip for booking (allow for changes) We will stay in a variety of hotels ranging from 4 star, cool boutique hotels, to 5 star properties.
Inclusions: Two meals per day (except where stated), soft drink and water, local transport, guides, entrance fees etc.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
We can cater for some food allergies or vegetarians if you specify your dietary requirements under the Edit Profile link in the upper right.
NOT INCLUDED:
Flights: You will need to book flights, details will be provided after you register.
Insurance: You MUST have travel insurance. Instructions will be provided after you register.
Alcohol: Alcohol is not included in the price.
Tips and Gratuities: It is customary to tip service personnel in the country of Ghana.
HOW TO SIGN-UP/REGISTER/BOOK:
Simply click the BUTTON in the footer below and register for the trip. When the reservations are opened. When the trip is released, those who are on the VIP list will have 1st choice at booking tour. At that point, you will will then have to pay your deposit which will guarantee your spot on the trip.
Your Balance Due must be paid 40 days prior to departure or your deposit. Any payments we collect are paid to travel suppliers in the country which the trip/tours are conducted. We can not guarantee refunds from suppliers. You must have travel protection in order to receive any type of refund for any payments you have made. TRAVEL PROTECTION:
Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money, you paid for your vacation is even worse. Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses and more. You are required to select and purchase travel insurance yourself for domestic and international tours. It is the responsibility of each traveler to accept or decline travel insurance at the time of purchase.

REFUNDS:
Deposits are non-refundable. In order to receive a refund for your payments you must purchase travel insurance. We do not keep your money. Payments made to us are paid to the travel supplier or your behalf.
