Q: How do I contact you with questions?

Q: Who is this trip for?
A: Anyone who identifies as a woman, is comfortable sharing accommodations, and is ready for an amazing weekend of fun and relaxation.

Q: Where is it taking place?
A: Tranquille Resort in Hiawassee, Georgia

Q: What are the accommodations like?
A: We have booked the entire resort property and will be the only ones on site! Guests will be sharing six cabins, each of which has a full kitchen, free-wifi, and at least one full bathroom. King and queen sized beds will be shared between two guests, twins will be for individuals. All towels and linens are provided as well.

Q: How do we get to the resort?
A: Guests are responsible for getting themselves to and from the resort. There is ample parking.

Q: Is the Resort accessible for those with limited mobility, mobility aids and/or wheelchairs?
A: Unfortunately the resort is not wheelchair accessible. If you have limited mobility, as long as you can handle short stairs (4-5 steps) and uneven terrain unassisted, then you will be fine. Please note that included activities involve canoeing and kayaking, as well as a not very rigorous walk/hike.

Your Camp Counselor - Larissa Jeannoit

Larissa is a part-time content creator who shares the beauty of saying yes to life, embracing uncertainty, and finding joy in the journey. Her brand, Life with Larissa, inspires others to step outside of their comfort zones and into new experiences.

Tranquille Resort

Camp Sunhaven is taking place at Tranquille Resort in Hiawassee, Georgia. This beautiful property is nestled in a quiet, safe cove on almost 3 acres with over 600 feet of shoreline. Welcome to your next adventure!

These bedrooms are on the second floor of the cabin and accessed via a narrow winding staircase. The second floor is an open loft space and you will have your own bed.

Camp Sunhaven is for anyone who identifies as a woman.

Payment Schedule

Final payment due 90 days prior to departure (June 26, 2026).

Changes and Cancellation by the Traveler

Changes to another departure are not allowed if you are unable to attend.
If you need to cancel, the fee schedule is:
- Your booking date to 91 days prior to departure: $300 non-refundable deposit
- 90 to 60 days prior to departure: 75%
- 59 days prior to departure until departure date: 100%

Change or Cancellation by The Company
If the trip hosts need to change the dates of the trip, you will be advised as far in advance as possible.If you are unable to join the new departure dates you may cancel without any fees and be issued a refund.
