TN Mountains Adventure

My highest purpose is to Love humanity! My gift is helping humanity see the truth of who they are, what their gifts are, and teach people how to share their gifts with the world in a way that makes the greatest impact towards a better world for all of us.

I've been in business for myself since the age of 19 years old. I have owned many different businesses including a Pet Resort, a Fitness studio, and a Coaching practice. I have been trained in business, fitness, nutrition, NLP and so much more. Although I believe training is very important, its been my life experiences that have taught me the most.  After all the trainings, and coaching programs I have been through, nothing transformed me like traveling abroad and seeing the world.

After losing a business, my marriage, my dream home, my health and my brother I was at the end of the line physically, mentally & emotionally. I went on a search to find myself, to heal myself, to find purpose, happiness and true fulfillment in life. I found my truth, I found my purpose and I began to walk in that truth helping others to do the same. It was on a transformational journey in South East Asia I birthed Earth and Soul Adventures after experiencing the biggest breakthrough of my life. I knew I was called to marry my passion for Coaching and love for travel together to create a truly transformational experience for anyone who answers the call to adventure. 

I am so grateful to offer this transformational travel adventure to you, it is with great honor I get to walk alongside you on this beautiful journey. I know that you've been called to this adventure, cant wait to  walk this path with you!

Meeting location at the top of Roan Mountain parking area at 11:00am.

We will hike up (not a difficult hike) to the place we will set up camp, set up, Find water source, enjoy nature, have lunch and get to know each other.

After Dinner we will begin diving into some transformational work leading up to sunset and full moon circle where we will be doing a full moon ceremony.

The next morning we will meet for a sunrise meditation before breakfast, after breakfast we will have a morning transformational session, time alone to explore, journal and picture taking before lunch, packing up and heading down the mountain.

My promise to you is that you will leave feeling re-charged, re-focused and ready to take on the world grounded and rooted in your core beliefs.

• Knife with cover (not everyone)
• Wet wipes for bathroom or freshen up 
• Campfire starters ( not everyone) 
• 2 pair socks 
• Food. Lunch x 2, breakfast x 1, dinner x 1, snacks (REI has food pouches that is delicious and you just add hot water to make) ask me if you have questions. Extra food is better. 
• First aid kit (not everyone) I have one 
• Backpack to pack all supplies 
• Small Towel (REI has nice ones that dry fast)
• Headlamp
• Sleeping mat 
• Sleeping bag
• Alcohol burner mini stove ( not everyone) 
• Can/cup set (if you plan to have oatmeal or tea, coffee or cacao)
• Heat source for cooking  (not everyone) I’ll have one. 
• Spoon, fork 
• Water bladder 2-3 liters or more!! 
• Full water bladder to start + additional water you can carry in pack 
• Small hand held shovel for bathroom (I have one you can use)
• Tent (if you don’t have you can share with someone else) please let me know ASAP. 
• Weather appropriate clothing ( warm clothes for evening & morning. I’ll be wearing toboggan) rain jacket
• Hiking shoes or tennis shoes 
• Sun screen 
• Bug spray (I’ll have essential oils)
• Battery source/power bank for phone 
• Camera, go pro, or phone
• Hammock (optional)
• Water filter (not everyone) I have one.
