IMPORTANT INFO FOR NOV 20th
Please get together and arrange UBERS from the hotel - make sure you are all together to organize this (9 of you). You'll likely need 2 Ubers. With all of the road closures, please allow yourselves enough time. You can also ask at the front desk if you need help. Usually, the trip is only about $8 USD from the hotel to GOLFO 1 at Albrook Airport and takes 15 min, but the closures may slow things down so allow up to 30-40 min to be safe. Check Uber in the morning to see how long the trip is, but I would recommend leaving around 930am.
Flight Details:
Depart Albrook 11am
Arrive at Lago Bay Air Strip 11.57am
If you have any issues, please contact:
Vickie +507 6873 4239 or Sergio +507 6554 6877 (our hosts in Panama)
Tiff +1 (250) 726-6964 or Ava + 1 604 603 0112
Have your Uber or Taxi driver drop you to GOLFO 1 at Albrook Airport, it's the turn-off BEFORE Albrook Airport. If you have any problems, please contact our FlyTrip contacts, they can help guide your Uber/Taxi driver if needed.
Arrive to GOLFO 1, the Hanger Area just before Albrook Airport (Aeropuerto Marcos A. Gelabert) by 10.30am on Monday November 20. There is a security check point there, guests will identify themselves as FlyTrip passengers.
Also if your driver misses the turn-off to GOLFO 1 and you end up at Albrook Airport, don't worry. Call the Fly Trip contacts and they will collect you at Albrook Airport.
