Day 1 – Arrival to Oaxaca and Transfer to Hotel

Day 1: Arrival in Oaxaca City

Arrival to Oaxaca and transfer to Las Golondrinas hotel or similar.

After check-in, meet your expert guides for a welcome briefing covering safety protocols, logistics, and daily schedules.

Enjoy a delicous Welcome Dinner at the Restaurant “ Taniperla” which blends the culinary traditions of the Tseltal indigenous people from Chiapas with the flavors of Oaxaca.
Managed by an indigenous collective originally from the Lacandona Jungle, the restaurant is built on a social mission of providing fair labor conditions and creating a safe, inclusive space for indigenous and LGBTQ+ communities.

Day 2 - City Tour of Oaxaca

Location : Hacienda Las Golondrinas, Carretera Tuxtepec - Loma Bonita, Oaxaca, Mexico

Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before setting out on a guided city tour of Oaxaca.

Explore one of the city’s vibrant markets, where you’ll discover a colorful array of fresh fruits, vegetables, and local specialties. Enjoy tastings along the way.

Continue to the charming neighborhood of Jalatlaco, known for its cobblestone streets and artistic flair, and have lunch at “Nanita” a restaurant known for their original plant based meals.

Visit to the impressive Santo Domingo de Guzmán.

End the day with dinner at “Hervivora” a 100% vegan restaurants that specializes in recreating Mexican classics as plant based meals.
