By purchasing any travel product or service from us, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). 1. Passenger Agreement

• First Class African Done Right Travel collaborates with trusted tour operators, travel providers, and partners to curate premium travel experiences.

• As a passenger, you understand that First Class African Done Right Travel acts as the main promoter of the travel event.

• By submitting a deposit or any payment:

  1. You formally accept these Terms & Conditions.

  2. You authorize us to act on your behalf to coordinate travel services in accordance with these Terms.

  3. You agree to abide by the policies of both First Class African Done Right Travel Group and any third-party suppliers associated with your trip.

2. Payments & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount and payment schedule will be outlined in your travel proposal.

• Final payment deadlines must be strictly adhered to. Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation and forfeiture of deposits or prior payments.

·         We offer convenient monthly payment plans for reservations made more than 60 days before travel.

·         Reservations made 60 days or less from the travel date are not eligible for payment plans.

•   Payment plan details, including due dates and amounts, will be outlined in your travel proposal.

• Full payment must be completed by April 25, 2027

• Failure to complete payments on time may result in:

  • Loss of reserved space

  • Price adjustment based on availability

3. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The $500 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to:[email protected]

REFUND CONDITIONS:

• On or before April 25, 2027:
  Refund of all payments made minus deposit + $150 administrative fee

• After April 25, 2027:
  No refunds will be issued and all payments are forfeited

• Deposits are non-refundable.

Refund Structure

• On or before April 25, 2027:
  Clients will receive a refund of all payments made excluding the non-refundable deposit and a $150 USD administrative processing fee.

• After April 25, 2027:
  All payments made will be fully forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.

Late Reservation Fee & Payment Options

Reservations made after the official booking deadline will be subject to an additional $250 USD late reservation fee, depending on availability and timing of confirmation. This fee accounts for increased administrative coordination, limited remaining space, and adjustments required with third-party suppliers.

• Any modifications will be communicated promptly to the passenger.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

• Passengers must comply with all applicable laws, travel requirements, visa regulations,.

• Passengers are responsible for maintaining valid travel documents (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.).

• Passengers must respect local customs, cultural practices, and safety guidelines.

6. Liability

• First Class African Done Right Travel Group acts as the promoter and coordinator of travel services but is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party suppliers (airlines, etc.).

7. Breach of Terms

• Any violation of these Terms may result in:

  • Termination of your booking

  • Forfeiture of all payments made

  • Removal from activities or travel experiences at the discretion of First Class African Done Right Travel Group.

8. Payments

• Currency: All payments must be made in United States Dollars (USD).

• Group travel accommodations are generally double-occupancy with two beds per room.

• If you require single occupancy or an alternative configuration, this must be stated at the time of reservation.

• Packages are available for single or double occupancy; your travel proposal will reflect your choice.

9. Luggage Policy

• Each passenger is allowed one piece of luggage plus a carry-on for group tours.

• While airlines may permit additional luggage, group logistics allow only one piece per passenger.

• If you require extra luggage arrangements, please inform us in advance.

10. Health & Safety

• Medical Services: A standby doctor will be available to assist in case of medical emergencies.

• Passengers are strongly advised to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen medical needs highly recommend Allianz Insurance.

11. Photographic Release

• First Class African Done Right Travel may take photographs and videos during trips for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

• By attending a trip, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in promotional materials without compensation.

• If you do not wish to be included in photographs or videos, please notify us in writing before your trip.

12. Acceptance

By paying your deposit or full payment, you:

• Acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Accept that First Class African Done Right Travel, its partners or suppliers are authorized to provide the travel services described in your proposal.
