Overview
Tucked way back into the broad shoulder of the New Mexico Rockies lies a mountain biker’s paradise. Some of the best trails in all the Western Hemisphere are also some of the least frequented, by virtue of their isolation. Our professionally guided journey will take us through New Mexico’s highest range country, more than 10,000-feet above sea level. Be one of the very few to drift over these majestic high desert & mountain trails in the archaeological epicenter of the Southwest, past the heritage sites the 1400-year old Pueblo culture.
After the first night in Santa Fe, we will be first-class camping along our route enjoying amazing, fresh food hand prepared by our outstanding guides.
This experience is for selected leaders who want to purposefully step back from day-to-day responsibilities into an awe-inspiring environment to reflect on your leadership journey – where you are and where you want to be – in a lightly guided format that begins with content before you reach New Mexico and ends with post trip follow-up conversations to help you bring to life the insights you discover and the personal goals you may set on this trip. We will use the well-regarded Flourishing Leadership workbook to guide our discussions.
We are inviting a curated group of 10 select leaders who are high performing, curious, intentional, life-long learners who want to better steward their significant talents and responsibilities in both their professional and personal leadership roles and relationships. High EQ/Low Ego and other-centeredness orientation are required.
Because we are only inviting people who fit the description above to consider joining us, we guarantee you will enjoy and have things to learn from each person on this trip.
Each participant needs to be in good physical shape and comfortable on a mountain bike and long days on the trail. A suggested training plan will be provided. All trails will be safe and manageable!
This trip has been designed and curated to be deeply nourishing in multiple ways and to remind you of what really matters - to slow you down and take you to a place that re-grounds you in what is true, good, authentic, and beautiful.
Join us and you will be immersed in moments to reflect and learn, moments to be physically challenged, moments to take in the natural beauty that will surround us, and moments to be quiet and listen. In short, each day will be designed to nourish you - body, mind, and soul.
Our goal is that you will come away from the trip, and, as importantly, the follow-up conversations, more fit for use in a world that desperately needs leaders who are grounded and flourishing.
