Following on from our sell-our retreat with Alice and Kat last year, we're bringing you another weekend of nourishment in beautiful autumnal Somerset.

Kat and Lila are joining forces to lead an extraordinary weekend of physical and mental nourishment, nestled in the stunning grounds of 42 Acres retreat centre, Somerset. Over the course of this weekend, you will explore themes around self-nourishment, and create your own tool kit to best nurture and support longevity of your body and overall wellness. You will indulge in complete TLC, not only in a beautiful environment and with food that has been locally farmed and produced, but also with two experienced teachers on-hand to help you immerse yourself in to your yogic practice. It'll be a true autumnal reboot to refill and revitalise.
