This women only retreat is an opportunity to explore and reconnect to the natural rhythms of balance and harmony within ourselves.
Women are often the ones giving a lot, as caregivers, mothers, leaders, holding everything together and the balance of giving and receiving can fall out of alignment and they are often less used to being supported. This retreat aims to hold space for Women craving balance and seeking a softer, more sustainable way of moving through life.
As with all of Kat’s lessons, this work is less about experience level in yoga, and more about readiness to receive and be curious. To develop your own tool kit of self care skills.

The food is simple, hyperlocal and nutrient-dense. It demonstrates a way of eating that continues the traditions of the past and supports our shared future.
