Our weekend retreat is designed to root, open, and light up your spirit. Set in the peaceful beauty of the Southern Catskills, this immersive experience blends soulful ceremony, creativity, and self-care.  You'll experience:

✨ fire setting ceremony where we’ll ground, release, ignite, receive

✨ a pajama party, with storytelling, lots of laughs, and much more!

Plus, they'll be plenty of time for wellness activities in our Somadome meditation pod, infrared sauna, halotherapy salt booth, hot tub to reflect, find stillness and rest.

Your weekend is curated and guided by Red Bird House founders, Sallie Fraenkel and Wendy Bosalavage. And our special guest practitioners and chef will offer a range of experiences to add color and light to your days!

Our Autumn Illumination Retreat takes place at the beautiful Red Bird House and a beautiful private home walking distance from us.  You’ll rest easy in comfortable rooms, either private or shared , first-come first-served, based on when you sign-up. Accommodations, yummy healthful meals, snacks, and wine are included. Plus all the tools and materials needed to leave to realign, reconnect, and remember the brilliance within you.
 

Prices range from $1,495 -$1,785 depending on room selection.
