Step into a weekend designed to reconnect you with joy, curiosity, and the simple magic of being fully present. Mind Body Spirit Camp returns for its third year, inviting you to rediscover the freedom of summer camp—this time with a soulful, grown‑up twist.

What Awaits You

Over three restorative days, you’ll immerse yourself in a blend of movement, nature, music, wellness experiences, coaching, creativity, and deep connection. Think campfire laughter, barefoot moments in the grass, shared meals, new friendships, and the kind of inner ease that only comes from stepping away from everyday life.

The weekend is lovingly curated by Red Bird House founders Sallie Fraenkel and Wendy Bosalavage, joined by special guests who bring their own unique gifts and modalities to the experience.

Your Home for the Weekend

Mind Body Spirit Camp takes place in Bethel, NY, at the serene wellness sanctuary known as Red Bird House, along with a second beautiful home just steps away. You’ll settle into cozy, comfortable accommodations—private or shared rooms available on a first‑come basis.

Pricing ranges from $1,495 to $1,795, depending on room selection.

Day One - The Spirit of Adventure

Our retreat weekend begins at 3p on Friday with special "Getting to Know Us" experience followed by an Adventure & Vision Creative Workshop. We'll enjoy Happy Hour outside, share a candle lighting ceremony by the firepit, then dine on a local ingredient inspired BBQ dinner, and end our day with a Sound Bath by Jackie to usher us into a night of sweet dreams!

DAY TWO - The Joy of Play

Day two you’ll explore a range of activities for the mind, body and spirit with experiences that invite you to play, create new ways of being, and have fun. Our day includes a Mindful Wander with Cathy, Morning Circle, Joyful Yoga Flow with Jackie. Plus free time to use our wellness and spa amenities, and time to book a massage or healing session. We end the day with a group dinner in Kenoza with a special "wishing ceremony.". After dinner, we will unwind with a wine and Bingo with special prizes!

DAY THREE - The Power of Connection

Our day begins with a morning walk and circle of connection followed by a farm-to-table brunch specially prepared by our Chef. Our Give/ Get Experience gives us the chance to laugh, share and bond. We finish our retreat weekend with a Connect the Dots closing ceremony sure to send us off with new connections to ourselves and a renewed sense of adventure and playfulness that comes from being at "camp" for your mind, body and spirit!
