During your retreat, you’ll be staying in a peaceful and supportive space designed to help you relax, reset, and fully immerse in your experience. Munay Sonqo is nestled in the Sacred Valley, surrounded by nature, mountains, and open skies, the perfect setting to step away from daily life and focus on yourself.
Between sessions, you’ll have quiet places to rest, beautiful gardens to walk through, and comfortable spaces to simply be. Everything here is set up to help you feel grounded, held, and present, so you can get the most out of your retreat journey.
At Munay Sonqo, food is a big part of the retreat experience. Our meals are designed to support your energy, clarity, and overall wellbeing while you move through your journey here.
We use fresh, locally grown produce, much of it organic and coming from nearby farms, including our own Sach’a Munay project, which also provides us with delicious organic eggs. Our cuisine is mostly vegetarian, with the option to include chicken or fish upon request.
Our mountain spring water is carefully filtered with a Kangan system, so you can enjoy clean, high-quality water throughout your stay.
Our wonderful Peruvian chefs love to adapt their cooking to each group, and we are happy to accommodate dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. Everything is prepared with care, balance, and a lot of heart, so you feel nourished, satisfied, and supported during your retreat.
This retreat includes two spa sessions at our Qhalilla Spa, giving you time to relax and restore after days of excursions, ceremonies, and yoga. It’s the perfect way to unwind and recharge during your journey.
Qhalilla Spa features two jacuzzis, a salt cave, wet and dry saunas, a cold plunge, and an infrared sauna, all designed to help your body relax, detox, and feel renewed.

During the retreat, we will experience a Pachamama Despacho Ceremony, meaningful moments to open and deepen our journey together.
The Despacho is a traditional Andean offering to Pachamama (Mother Earth), a beautiful ritual of gratitude, intention, and connection with the land.
The Sound Healing uses vibration and music to help the body relax, release, and reset.
Together, these ceremonies create sacred moments to ground, open, and connect as we move through our retreat in the Sacred Valley.
