HOW TO BOOK:

Please register your interest by providing your details. Click the button at the footer below and complete the registration form. You have 7 days from the time of registration to pay your deposit. If your deposit is not received within this timeframe, your place will be released and your name removed from the list if we reach capacity.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE PRICE:

6 days (5 nights) accommodation at our luxurious Crete villa.
Two daily meals (Breakfast only on the day of check-out; Dinner only on the day of check-in).
Shuttle service between the villa and designated nearby locations.
2-3 daily skate classes.
1 surf lesson, with the option to add an additional lesson.
Daily sunrise yoga sessions.
24/7 access to villa amenities, including two pools and a fitness area.

Airfare, Visa, COVID Testing, Private Shuttle Service outside of designated times.

Refund Policy:
My Skate Pro does not provide refunds for any anticipated services unless the cancellation is directly caused by My Skate Pro. By placing your order, you agree to these terms. Please note that My Skate Pro does not handle any part of the visa process, flight bookings, COVID testing, or vaccine requirements. We strongly advise obtaining travel insurance to protect yourself from unforeseen circumstances, including those related to your physical, mental, or emotional well-being, or any COVID-related issues.

Visa and Entry Requirements:
Please be mindful of all visa and entry requirements for Greece. These requirements may vary depending on your country of origin and whether you have a layover in a third country. My Skate Pro is not a travel agency and cannot be held liable for any issues that arise from changes in travel plans or immigration matters. We are available to answer questions and will provide a pre-event meet and greet where you'll have the opportunity to ask about any specific requirements.

Travel Arrangements:
We recommend flying into Chania International Airport (CHQ). My Skate Pro will provide shuttle service from the airport to the villa. If you arrive a day early or plan to stay later, we will provide information for a trusted driver to arrange your transport directly. Please note that any transportation outside of the scheduled shuttle is the individual’s responsibility.

Payment Policy:
We pay our vendors according to the schedule on which you pay us. This means timely installment payments are crucial. Excessively late payments, without communication, may result in your spot being released.

Accommodations Before/After the Retreat:
If you plan to arrive before the retreat or stay afterward, we suggest booking at a nearby location for convenience. We can assist with recommendations upon request.

It is essential to make all necessary travel arrangements in compliance with local regulations and requirements. My Skate Pro cannot be held liable for any issues, delays, or expenses arising from travel-related matters outside of our control.
