You can purchase your visa with cash at the Cairo airport. it’s a good idea to carry some cash in USD. While many stores accept cards, local markets often require cash. Small vendors may accept USD in limited amounts. ATMs are widely available if you need to withdraw money during your trip.
Passport: Must be valid 6 months prior to travel with at least one blank page.

Please plan to arrive as early as possible on your arrival day to fully enjoy the experience from the start. If you prefer you're welcome to arrive one or two days earlier independently.
For departures, please book your return flight from Egypt late in the evening or later that day. Our return to Cairo from Hurghada is scheduled for that day and occasionally, delays occur.

Upon arrival in Cairo, you’ll be welcomed with private airport assistance before being transferred comfortably to your hotel. The remainder of the day is yours — rest, refresh, or take in your first impressions of the city.
Today is devoted to Egypt’s most iconic landmarks. Begin with a guided visit to the Grand Egyptian Museum, followed by time at the Great Pyramids of Giza and the Great Sphinx. A camel ride across the Giza Plateau offers a timeless perspective before enjoying an authentic local lunch. This day blends history, scale, and wonder — an unforgettable introduction to Egypt.
An early morning flight brings you south to Aswan, where your Nile journey begins. Visit the Aswan High Dam and the beautifully situated Philae Temple, accessible by boat and surrounded by calm waters. in the evening, explore the colorful and picturesque Aswan Spice Souk before settling into life onboard your Nile cruise.
This morning offers a choice. An included but optional excursion to the remarkable Abu Simbel Temples of King Ramses II is available for those wishing to explore further. Alternatively, remain onboard and enjoy a slower morning as the cruise continues along the Nile. In the afternoon, sail toward Kom Ombo, watching daily life unfold along the riverbanks.
Rise early to catch your transport to the Temple of Edfu, one of the most well-preserved temples in Egypt, offering insight into ancient ceremonial life. We may choose between a vehicle or horse and carriage ride. As evening arrives, experience Luxor illuminated. Seeing the city by night brings a different energy — quieter, atmospheric, and deeply memorable.
After disembarking the cruise, an optional sunrise hot air balloon ride offers breathtaking views over the Valley of the Kings. Guided visits include the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and the vast Karnak Temple complex. After an authentic lunch, we will travel by road to the Red Sea (3.5 hrs), arriving at your beach resort in time to unwind, settle in and enjoy dinner.
Today is intentionally unstructured. Relax by the sea, enjoy the resort amenities, or choose from optional water activities. This day is designed for rest and reflection — a pause after days rich with history and exploration.
After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your afternoon flight to Cairo and onward international departure. You leave Egypt with memories shaped by time, culture, and moments of stillness in between.
