Pre-retreat planning & get to know you workshop
Woohoo I'm so excited that you're coming to this retreat.
It's going to be so relaxing and so much fun you won't even know you're learning life-changing habits.
Making changes can feel hard at first and eating more plant-based foods is no exception.
However at the end of our time together you'll be firing on all cylinders, armed with the knowledge, the practical expertise, and your own personalised menu plan so that eating more plant-based meals will seem effortless.
To make the most of our time together I would love you to do some prior preparation - it won't take long - I promise!
1. Firstly start writing down all the meals that you cook every night.
eg spag bog, roasts, chicken curry etc
This will help enormously when we are beginning the process of menu planning - this way you wont have to think too hard on the retreat
2. Secondly I would love us to meet up with the other participants on a zoom call before the retreat.
That way we can all be on the same 'retreat' page and you may have a few questions you need answered. It's no problem if you can't make it live as I'll pop the recording in here.
3. Check out this short video (around 30 minutes) talking about Diet & lifestyle strategies for balancing your hormones and why plant-based eating is so beneficial for your health.
While this is optional and I will be going over all that is covered in this video at the retreat, it will help you get the most out of our time together.
