Please note that the full amount of the trip cost is to be paid by the final payment date. Several payment options are available - you can pay in full or pay in installments. A late payment fee of $250 per person will be charged if payment in full is not received by the final payment date listed on your invoice. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after the final payment date.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
  • Cancellations submitted on or before May 31, 2027 will be refunded the amount paid less the deposit and a $150 administration fee.
  • Cancellations submitted after May 31, 2027 will forfeit all payments made and no refund will be provided. 

Flights will be available by October 2026.

The flights included in the full package require a minimum of 10 travelers on the same itinerary. If the minimum is not met, the flight itinerary may change and pricing may increase.

Seats are assigned by the airlines. If you would like a specific seat, contact the airline directly after you receive your travel document to request a specific seat.

Also note, that some airlines do not assign seats in advance for group bookings, and seats will be assigned at the airport upon check-in.

If you need a specific seat, you should not purchase your flights as part of the group booking. You should purchase your flights separately as an individual ticket.

1. Visa Requirements

• A visa is required to enter Vietnam. The Viet Nam e-Visa is valid for a maximum of 90 days, for single or multiple entries. The e-visa application fee is paid through the e-visa portal's e-payment gateway and is non-refundable in case the visa is not granted.

2. Passport Requirements

• Must be valid for at least 6 months past the return date (expiration date of 05/18/2028 or later)
• At least one blank page for entry stamp

3. Required Vaccines

• The official currency of Vietnam is the Vietnamese Dong (VND).
• Current exchange rate (as of August 10, 2026): Approximately USD $1 = VND 26,155. Exchange rates fluctuate daily, so be sure to check the latest rate before you travel.
• Exchange U.S. Dollars at banks, licensed currency exchange counters, or your hotel after arrival. Banks and authorized exchange counters generally offer better rates than hotels.
• While U.S. Dollars may be accepted at some luxury hotels and tourist establishments, Vietnamese Dong is the preferred currency for everyday purchases.
• Visa and Mastercard are widely accepted at hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, and many tourist attractions.
• American Express is accepted at select hotels and larger businesses but is not as widely accepted as Visa or Mastercard.
• Discover cards are rarely accepted.
• Before you travel, notify your bank and credit card company that you'll be using your cards in Vietnam.
• Make sure you know your PIN for ATM withdrawals and chip-and-PIN transactions.
• Check with your bank regarding any foreign transaction or ATM fees that may apply.
• ATMs are widely available in major cities and tourist destinations, including Hanoi, Hoi An, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City.
• It's a good idea to carry Vietnamese Dong in cash for local markets, taxis, street food vendors, tips, and smaller shops, especially when visiting rural areas where cards may not be accepted.

Tipping is not customary in Vietnam though it is highly appreciated. In fact, tipping is not a habit of the citizens, unless you go to spas for a massage or upscale restaurants.

However, tipping has become more regular in cities that see a lot of tourists, like Saigon, Hanoi, and Hoi An. More and more high-end services include a service fee in their customer’s bills, ranging from 5% to 15%. If you do receive a service that completely exceeded your expectation, then a tip is welcome.

Below is suggested tipping for good service.

• Bus Drivers: $3 per person per day

• Restaurants: It’s nice to leave a 10% tip for good service. If you notice that there is a service charge on your bill, it does not count as a tip and you should still leave an extra tip if you can.
• Taxis: There’s absolutely no expectation to do so but, again, it’s always appreciated.

• Comfortable clothes. Light, breathable clothing
• Swimwear, sunscreen, sunglasses, and hat
• An all-weather jacket
• Wet wipes and hand sanitizer
• Personal toiletry items
• Insect repellent
• Wash cloth (your room will have a hand and bath towel, but may not have a wash cloth)
• Over the counter medication for headache or upset stomach
• Any prescription medications as well as a list of the medications you take. (Prescription medications should be packed in your carry-on bag).
• Universal power adaptor (to plug in your electronic devices).
