Payment Schedule
Please note that the full amount of the trip cost is to be paid by the final payment date. Several payment options are available - you can pay in full or pay in installments. A late payment fee of $250 per person will be charged if payment in full is not received by the final payment date listed on your invoice. Late payment fees are automatically added to your reservation the day after the final payment date.

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa and MasterCard are widely accepted throughout Switzerland and Germany, particularly at hotels, restaurants, larger shops, and tourist attractions. American Express is accepted at many establishments but may not be accepted everywhere, so it should not be the only credit card you bring.
Although card payments are common, some smaller restaurants, cafés, local shops, markets, and other businesses—particularly in Germany—may prefer or require cash. Keeping some local currency with you is recommended.
