After your complimentary consultation, you'll have everything you need to decide if you're ready to move forward. When you're ready, we'll send over our planning agreement and trip design fee invoice. Once those are received, we'll get to work creating a personalized journey designed just for you.

Trip Type: Individual Trip (1 – 10 people)
Planning Fee: $350 per trip (non-refundable)

What do you get for your Planning Fee?

Overton Travel will provide the following services for Individual, Small and Large Group Trips:

During proposal phase (pre-trip booking)

• Create a customized itinerary for your travel experience.
• Provide package pricing for travelers that includes accommodations, transfers, and airfare (if necessary).
• Assist with determining the destination(s) where the travel experience will be held, providing choices of up to three (3) destinations and five (5) resorts in total.
• Recommend the type of accommodations and activities for travelers based on the group composition (age, mobility, children, etc.).
• Assist with any special or private events within the venue or off-site, if applicable. 
• Work with suppliers/tour operators to coordinate trip activities.

During execution phase (post-trip booking)

• Act as the single point of contact for travelers and manage travel arrangements.
• Manage payment process, including offering payment plans, communicating payment due dates, periodic invoicing, and payment reminders.
• Provide all travel documents for the trip.
• Monthly Update Report of your reserved clients into the group.

Additional services for Small and Large Groups

• Discuss how the Group Leader can travel for free or at a discounted rate.
• Creation of a custom website for your trip. Website will contain trip details and serve as a portal for submitting payments.
• Creation of a Facebook group for travelers to communicate with each other before, during, and after the trip.
• Conduct a pre-trip video conference meeting with travelers 2-3 weeks prior to departure to review trip details and to answer questions from travelers.
