As part of the 50th anniversary of Pastor, People and God’s Grace, the Grace Baptist Church family is invited on a weekend bus trip to Virginia Union University in Richmond, the city and college where Dr. Richardson’s academic and pastoral journey began.
Virginia Union University, a Historically Black College and University, is rich with history and is the foundation of Dr. Richardson. We can’t celebrate his 50 years of being a pastor without visiting this historical university. The visit to VUU will include a tour and reception hosted by Dr. Hakim Lucas, President Virginia Union University, and the unveiling of the Witness to Grace Garden on the grounds of the University.
Let us do the driving while you relax and enjoy this wonderful weekend honoring Dr. Richardson.
The coach bus will depart Grace Baptist Church on Friday, May 2 and return Saturday evening May 3.
