CANCELLATION TERMS:
TRAVEL INSURANCE WITH CANCELLATION/TRIP INTERRUPTION COVERAGE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED BUT NOT REQUIRED. PARTICIPANTS MUST SHOW EVIDENCE OF A MEDICAL TRAVEL POLICY WITH COVID-19 COVERAGES AS A CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION. COVID-19 MEDICAL POLICY MUST COVER COST FOR QUARANTINE, MEDICAL TREATMENT, AND MEDICAL EVACUATION IS NECESSARY. THE LAND PACKAGE FOR ANY PARTICIPANT THAT IS PAID IN FULL MAY BE TRANSFERRED TO ANOTHER PARTICIPANT FOR AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $250 IF THE PARTICIPANT THAT PAID IS UNABLE TO ATTEND.

In the event of cancellation of this reservation, the traveler may be assessed an administrative cancellation fee of $75 in addition to any other direct supplier fees as outlined below:
Notice of Cancellation received on or after February 4, 2023 but before February 23, 2023 - a 15% penalty will be assessed
Notice of Cancellation received on or after February 24, 2023 but before March 20, 2023 - a 25% penalty will be assessed
Notice of Cancellation received on or after March 21, 2023 but before April 20, 2023 - a 50% penalty will be assessed
Notice of Cancellation received on or after April 21, 2023 or "NO SHOW "- a 100% penalty will be assessed
Insurance: It is highly recommended that all event participants supply evidence of travel insurance that provides medical coverages that include COVID-19 care Medical Evacuation if necessary. It is highly recommended that event participants purchase a comprehensive insurance policy that includes trip cancellation protection and emergency medical evacuation.

COVID-19 Requirements: All event participants are required to comply with all COVID-19 Restrictions. These restrictions included mandatory pre-travel COVID-19 Testing and Possible Vaccination requirements. All participants are fully responsible for verifying that they meet the requirements to enter the country and PMC Travel & the Trip Organizers assume no liability for failing to meet Greece Entry Requirements or failing to meet the COVID-19 Travel Requirements.
