All cancellations and changes must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected].

Requests sent through phone calls, text messages, Facebook Messenger, or any other form of communication will not be accepted.

Cancellations:

You may change or cancel hotel portion of a stay without penalty if done 31 days prior to arrival. 

If you cancel 30 to 8 days prior to arrival, there is a $350.00usd per person penalty. 

If you cancel 7 days or less or depart early, there will be no refund. 

 

The Hedo change waiver must be purchased at time of booking. If you purchase the Hedo change waiver from hedonism ii, you are entitled to a credit, not a refund, minus the HCW non-refundable cost of 65.00 usd per person, for a period of 13 months from booked arrival date. HCW can only be purchased once at time of booking. If one person in a room purchases HCW, all occupants in the same room must purchase HCW. No-shows are not eligible for credit under HCW. This offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash. It is not combinable with any other complimentary offer and is subject to availability. There will be no exceptions. 

Any guest that does not cancel at least 7 days prior to travel or does not have the HCW will lose 100% of their monies. 

 

 

Hedonism II offers a Change Waiver. This waiver is available at a cost of $65.00 per person and MUST BE PURCHASED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING (when making the initial deposit). With HWC the value of your hotel stay (minus the 65.00 nonrefundable HWC per person fee) can be transferred to a future date up to 13 months from the original arrival date. This waiver may only be purchased once at the time of your booking. If you do not travel within the 13 months of your original date, you will forfeit the entire value of your hotel stay. If one person in the room purchases the HWC then all occupants in the same room must also purchase HWC in the room must purchase HWC. With HWC, guests will be allowed to change their hotel dates up to the day of arrival for any reason without penalty. HWC does not cover flights, lost baggage, trip insurance, or any optional activities such as sightseeing, spa/salon services, wedding license processing fees, and extras. The HWC fee of $65.00 per person is non-refundable, nor does it offer a cash refund. HWC provides a 13-month credit equal to the cost of your stay, minus the $65.00 per person HWC fee. No Shows and early departures are not eligible for credit under HCW. This offer is non-transferable, non-negotiable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash. It is not combinable with any other complimentary offer and is subject to availability. The HWC policy can be withdrawn or changed by Hedonism II at any time, there will be no exceptions. This HWC Benefit is offered by Hedonism II and is not an insurance benefit. Rebels strongly encourage guests to purchase separate trip protection coverage of their reservation. 

Rachal has been working with the Negril Spay and Neuter Clinic (NSNC) for years and continues her charity efforts under the Rebel’s name!

The clinic provides essential medical care to animals whose owners cannot afford treatment, as well as to strays—especially those along Seven Mile Beach. NSNC operates entirely on donations and does not receive official funding, relying on support from generous people like us to continue its mission.

Each week, veterinarians and vet techs travel from Kingston and Montego Bay to volunteer their time and care for these animals.

Rachal will be visiting the clinic on Friday morning during the trip. If you’d like to join her, you’re more than welcome! Otherwise, you can bring any donations to the meet and greet on Sunday
