Day 2, Cleansing, Releasing and Opening
This day invites a deep exhale, a soft shedding of what no longer serves, and an opening into greater aliveness, pleasure, and presence within the body.
Morning, Awakening the Body and Breath
We begin the day with a gentle yoga practice and guided meditation, awakening the body slowly and tuning into your inner rhythm.
A nourishing breakfast follows, offering fresh, local flavors to ground and support you.
Teaching Session, Tantric Breathwork
We move into a powerful exploration of breath as a gateway to healing and awakening.
Through guided group breathwork, Awakening Pleasure Flow, you are invited into a direct experience of your life force energy. This practice supports the release of stored tension, the activation of kundalini energy, and a deep opening to your natural capacity for pleasure and sensation.
You will be guided through both solo and paired exercises, allowing energy to move freely, expanding your awareness, connection, and vitality.
Lunch
We pause to enjoy a mindful, vibrant meal, giving the body time to integrate and restore.
Afternoon, Baldwin Beach and Ocean Ceremony
In the afternoon, we journey to the wild, open beauty of Baldwin Beach.
Here, held by the elements, we breathe, move, and soften into connection with the land and sea. You are invited to swim, to feel the cleansing waters, and to let nature support your unfolding.
We are deeply honored to be guided in ceremony by Makamae, an Indigenous Hawaiian woman carrying the wisdom of her ancestral lineage. Through sacred Oli, Hawaiian chanting, and ritual, we enter a space of reverence and release.
Together, we offer what we are ready to let go of into the ocean, where it is received and transformed. This ceremony opens the heart, clears the energetic body, and attunes us to the Mana, the living spiritual power within the land, the ocean, and ourselves.
Evening, Nourishment and Integration
We return for a shared community dinner, a space to land, connect, and gently integrate the depth of the day.
The evening remains open and spacious. You may choose to rest, enjoy the pool or jacuzzi, or receive optional massage and bodywork, allowing your body to fully absorb the shifts and awakenings of the day.
