Evening: Guided Tantric meditation and connection experiences

Day 2, Cleansing, Releasing and Opening

This day invites a deep exhale, a soft shedding of what no longer serves, and an opening into greater aliveness, pleasure, and presence within the body.

Morning, Awakening the Body and Breath

We begin the day with a gentle yoga practice and guided meditation, awakening the body slowly and tuning into your inner rhythm.

A nourishing breakfast follows, offering fresh, local flavors to ground and support you.

Teaching Session, Tantric Breathwork

We move into a powerful exploration of breath as a gateway to healing and awakening.

Through guided group breathwork, Awakening Pleasure Flow, you are invited into a direct experience of your life force energy. This practice supports the release of stored tension, the activation of kundalini energy, and a deep opening to your natural capacity for pleasure and sensation.

You will be guided through both solo and paired exercises, allowing energy to move freely, expanding your awareness, connection, and vitality.

Lunch

We pause to enjoy a mindful, vibrant meal, giving the body time to integrate and restore.

Afternoon, Baldwin Beach and Ocean Ceremony

In the afternoon, we journey to the wild, open beauty of Baldwin Beach.

Here, held by the elements, we breathe, move, and soften into connection with the land and sea. You are invited to swim, to feel the cleansing waters, and to let nature support your unfolding.

We are deeply honored to be guided in ceremony by Makamae, an Indigenous Hawaiian woman carrying the wisdom of her ancestral lineage. Through sacred Oli, Hawaiian chanting, and ritual, we enter a space of reverence and release.

Together, we offer what we are ready to let go of into the ocean, where it is received and transformed. This ceremony opens the heart, clears the energetic body, and attunes us to the Mana, the living spiritual power within the land, the ocean, and ourselves.

Evening, Nourishment and Integration

We return for a shared community dinner, a space to land, connect, and gently integrate the depth of the day.

The evening remains open and spacious. You may choose to rest, enjoy the pool or jacuzzi, or receive optional massage and bodywork, allowing your body to fully absorb the shifts and awakenings of the day.

Day 4, Integration of Love

After the depth of our Valentine’s ritual, we arrive into our final full day together with open hearts, softened bodies, and a deeper capacity to receive and give love.

We journey to the breathtaking shores of Wailea, allowing the beauty of Maui’s south side to hold and mirror the love we have been cultivating within. This day is an invitation to live love, to embody it in simplicity, presence, and connection with the natural world.

Morning, Beach Excursion to Wailea

We travel together to Wailea, arriving at the ocean as a living temple of the heart.

Guided meditation and breathwork on the beach, attuning to the rhythm of the waves and the subtle expansion of the heart space. Here, we allow love to move through us as breath, as sensation, as presence.

Teaching and practice, Deepening Intimacy and Sacred Union

For those walking solo, this is a space to anchor into self devotion, cultivating an intimate and sacred relationship with your own body, heart, and essence.

For those in partnership, we explore gentle, conscious practices that open new pathways of connection, truth, and loving awareness with one another.

Afternoon, Spacious Integration

The afternoon unfolds with openness and choice. You are invited to follow your own rhythm, whether that is resting, wandering, or quietly savoring the beauty around you.

Swim in the clear turquoise waters, walk along the golden shoreline, explore the local boutiques, or sit in stillness at a beachside café, allowing the day to nourish you.

Evening, Celebration in Wailea

We gather in the evening for a relaxed and joyful happy hour, a space to connect, laugh, and celebrate the journey we have shared.

This is a time to honor the love that has moved through us, the connections formed, and the alchemy that continues to unfold within.

Day 5 — Integration & Farewell

Closing Ritual We gather in a closing ritual to share reflections, witness one another, and honor the journey we have experienced together. Through this sacred completion, we weave and integrate the threads of our time, anchoring what has opened within us as we step forward.

Ocean Ceremony at Baldwin Beach

In the afternoon of Day 2, we arrive at Baldwin Beach for a sacred ocean ceremony led by Makamae. Through chant and ritual, we invoke the light of a new day and offer what no longer serves us to the ocean, where the god Kanaloa receives and transmutes it. This is a time for purification, renewal, and deep connection with the elemental power of water as we continue our journey into the heart of Tantra.

We are deeply honored to receive the gift of chanting, or Oli, with Makamae, an Indigenous Hawaiian woman carrying the traditions of her ancestors. She shares that “the purpose of chanting, Oli, is to connect with nature in Hawaiʻi, to ask permission to enter sacred places, to pick flowers, and to truly connect to the Mana, the spiritual power of ourselves and of Maui: the oceans, mountains, our food, and our loved ones.”

Chanting the Hawaiian Oli together deepens our connection to the land and spirit of Maui, and enhances our retreat journey — allowing us to carry the vibration of Mana home with us, wherever we dwell.

This unfolding is a celebration of eros as life force, of love as a sacred current moving through us all. An invitation to embody your aliveness, to meet yourself and others with open-hearted presence, and to experience connection as something both deeply human and divinely alive.

Following the depth of our Love Ritual, we carry its energy into our final full day together, letting it ripple softly through the body as we arrive by the sea, open, attuned, and alive.

High on the cliffs of Maui’s North Shore, overlooking the vast Pacific and nestled in a thriving tropical rainforest, Hale Akua Garden Farm & Eco-Retreat Center offers more than breathtaking views and lush permaculture gardens — it is the cradle of our spiritual lineage.

This land is profoundly sacred to our Tantra path. Hale Akua is owned by Lori Grace, one of the early Tantra teachers of my beloved mentor, Evalena Rose. Decades ago, Lori, Evalena, and several other pioneers of Western Neo-Tantra gathered here in deep exploration, engaging in early tantric practices that helped shape the heart-centered approach we now carry forward.
