Costa Rica Rooted Renewal Retreat

• Please plan to book your international flight to arrive at the capital of Costa Rica in San Jose, SJO (Juan Santamaría International Airport) on Sunday, March 16th in the evening, and you can book a hotel near the airport with a free shuttle (Audrey will provide you with hotel recommendations via email), or you can arrive the morning on Monday, March 17th by 10am (please let Audrey know what flight times you're able to find on the form here). *Your international flights are not included in the pricing. For departure, please plan to book your international flight after 2pm on March 22nd. 

• Arrival: Once you arrive to SJO (Juan Santamaría International Airport) you will walk 10 minutes to the Domestic Airport (time TBD) to catch your Domestic Sansa flight to Puerto Jimenez Airport (30-40 mins). *Your Domestic flights are included in the pricing (Audrey will book this once everyone is signed up). You will then take the private group shuttle service from the local town Airport (PJM) to Encanta La Vida (30 mins). 

• Check-in to your Rooms/Casitas (Standard=Queen bed/Shared Room) or (Private Room=King bed)

• Welcome ceremony

This workshop will blend together yoga practice with meditation and inquiry (journaling) to help you identify the areas in your life where you feel stuck. Together we will work to give you access to a new perspective and develop a new way of showing up in your life. This workshop will leave you feeling curious, motivated, and inspired to step forward in your life with more clarity and confidence.

We will explore your birth chart and dig deep into the 5 principles of Ayurveda. We will offer you tools to understand more about holistic remedies from nature to get closer to your nature self, and daily habits/patterns to inhibit/let of based off your bird chart and Zodiac signs.
