Welcome to our 9-day Land-based Wellness Journey
Our retreat is a blend of yoga, meditation and breathwork classes from Kundalini yoga paired with Indigenous practices of connecting with the land, sea and air. We practice daily in a beautiful location surrounded by raw and rugged nature. You will enjoy eating wild and local healthy food in a community with like-minded people. Each day offers sunrise and sunset experiences and plenty of time to relax and explore the surroundings. You’ll have the opportunity to see ocean life and pick wild berries and if that’s not enough, we will hold a safe space to support you in your recovery and health and wellness journey.
This experience is an invitation for remembrance, a recommitment to the path, and an opportunity to be fully present with a group of people on the path of recovery. It is an opportunity to help bring your recovery to a new level. The goal of this retreat is to learn tools and forge friendships that can last a lifetime.

The remaining three stand strong but will eventually succumb to time and tide.
