*Panny’s Chocolate Factory – watch chocolate cooking and learn fascinating facts on all things chocolate
*The Nobbies – spectacular coastal viewing from the boardwalk and chance here to catch sight of the Fur Seal Colony
D3 (B/L/D) -
*Spend a day exploring Sovereign Hill which tells the story of the great mid-19th century Australian gold rushes but also recreates the excitement of life on the goldfields during that era gone by! There is a Diggings, with a creek where you can pan for real gold, a living Township with dated period shops, hotels and factories, costumed staff enacting the good old days, a deep underground mine to explore and learn about 1860s mining techniques, a Chinese Camp and many other sights and activities that are beyond description and best enjoyed in their presence.
*Watch the Penguin Parade this evening of the little penguins waddling home from a day out at sea
D4 (B/L/D) -
This morning roll up your sleeves and immerse in an outdoor learning environment at the Royal Botanic Garden (Working Wetland Program)
In the afternoon, relax and enjoy Melbourne very own "African Safari" at the Werribee Open Zoo for an interactive wildlife experience like no other where you meet the friendly koalas, Tasmanian devils, free roaming kangaroos, emus, wombats, cheetahs etc
D5 (B/L) -
*Visit/shop – Queen Victoria Market (closed Mon & Wed) for souvenirs to bring home.
*This afternoon, depart for Melbourne Airport for flight home.
