Join us in March to hear from Captain Dakota Olsen Hariss of the Army National Guard and Captain Kim Liszka of the United States Army/Reserves. Learn about the Reveille & Retreat Project, a series of retreats carefully crafted for military women using a blend of healing modalities, empowerment workshops, and personalized development sessions. With a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by women in the military community, their programs are designed to foster resilience, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose. Dakota and Kim also created “Dog Tag Diaries”, a podcast series dedicated to sharing the stories and struggles of women in the military. Come along with us as we learn more about the unique experiences of the women protecting our country & our communities and learn how we can all better support them, and each other.

Dakota currently serves in the Army National Guard and have been for the past 15 years. She enlisted as a tank mechanic, then earned her commission as a Combat Engineer Officer. Dakota has had two deployments, Iraq and United Arab Emirates. On the civilian side, she works as a counselor providing readjustment counseling for Veterans, current service members, and their families. She is a wife and a bonus mom to four kiddos. They have recently added to their family with a baby girl, totaling five kids. They also have two dogs, Paco and Elsa. Her family loves to go on adventures, whether it's walks, hiking, camping or just going on a road trip to visit family.

Kim has served in the United States Army Reserves as a Combat Medic, Combat Nurse, Flight Nurse Instructor, and one of the top female athletes in the Army. With over 20 years of experience as an ER nurse, she expanded her horizons by becoming a travel nurse. As an Advanced Wilderness Expedition Provider and Chief Medical Officer, she has led numerous endurance and survival expeditions across the globe. Her passion for supporting military women led her to co-found the Reveille & Retreat Project, a nonprofit dedicated to helping women veterans heal and connect through retreats. She also co-hosts the podcast Dog Tag Diaries, where military women share their stories.
Fun fact: Kim has been on reality TV, appearing on shows like Fear Factor, American Ninja Warrior-Military Edition, American Tarzan, and Spartan Namibia, with more adventures on the horizon!

We serve girls ages 6 and up, women 18 & older who either have never participated in outdoor activities or are active members of the outdoor community looking to give back and share their passion. SheJumps strives to be an ally in the fight against racism and acknowledges that our events and programs take place on traditional, unceded Indigenous lands.
Between Evergreens Mobile Ski + Snowboard Tuning was launched in 2022; born out of the adventurous mountain lifestyle Sarah + Ben immersed themselves in while raising their kids. With Ben’s honed expertise in the craft of ski tuning and their family’s love for vanlife; their mobile service was created. Ben’s industry wisdom and authenticity combined with Sarah’s entrepreneurial spirit and creative vision brought their concept to life.
In 2024, Between Evergreens took ownership of Crow’s Feet. With fresh ideas and an incredible team of high caliber outdoor enthusiasts — the team looks forward to the path and potential that lie ahead!
