Domestic deposits and cancellation policy:
Travel is a big commitment — and so is planning, designing, and hosting a trip. So we’ve built a policy that can be flexible for our Travelers, while still protecting the work that our Hosts and Trip Operators do at each stage of the process. A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot.
Our standard domestic cancellation & refund policy is set out below:

61 days or more before travel: 75% of the total booking price will be refunded and the 25% non-refundable deposit can be transferred to another trip departing within a calendar year of the canceled trip;

31-60 days before travel: 50% of the total booking price will be refunded;

30 - 0 days before travel: No refunds, no exceptions.
If the trip/retreat does not meet the minimum # of participants 60 days before the trip start date the trip will be canceled and full refunds, including deposits, will be issued. Any refund shall be made less any platform, transaction, and processing fees that have been incurred.
To ensure your experience is unforgettable much of our planning is finalized in the months leading up to your trip. Scheduling of guides, permits, class locations, food planning, goodie bags, and all the little things that make our events great get finalized manually. Cancellations within the 60-day window incur costs that we cannot recoup. Last-minute cancellations within 30 days are even harder as we often cannot fill the vacated spot on short notice. Our cancellation policy ensures the best possible experience for everyone.
