Squamish is serious trail running country and the Squamish 50 weekend put on by the legendary Gary Robbins and his team is one of the premier trail running events in the world. Its the second largest participation event in North America!
Over 90% of Saturday's 50 mile course on is on singletrack, taking in almost 3500m of climbing and descending to showcase the stunning views across glaciated snow capped peaks and magic rocky mountain scenery. If that's not enough, runners have the option of backing up and completing the infamous 50/50...by lining up to take on the 50km event on the Sunday! On both days you'll find locals waiting for you at the finish line with some cold refreshments, which just might be the perfect reason to enjoy the shorter 23km course and get to the finish line sooner!

Stanley Park is home to the Vancouver Aquarium as well as a children's farmyard, tennis courts, and a pitch and putt golf course providing fun for the whole family.

The ride up to our summit provides sweeping views of Howe Sound, the majestic coastal forest and surrounding mountains. Every gondola cabin has a maximum capacity of 8 passengers. The gondolas feature a level entrance/exit point, making them wheelchair and stroller accessible.
The gondola cabins are custom-made by Swiss manufacturer CWA, and the gondola itself is manufactured by Austrian manufacturer Doppelmayr. We have comfortable padded seats and floor to ceiling glass windows for maximum views. The ride up and down is a thrilling adventure for all ages and provides new views of Shannon Falls and the famous Stawamus Chief climbing area.
Once at the top, many other adventures await. You will have access to a wide array of outdoor experiences, including two different interpretive loop walking trails with cantilevered viewing platforms, the spectacular Sky Pilot Suspension Bridge, numerous hiking trails, rock climbing, access trails to backcountry routes and much more.
