Challenging: Our most demanding trips include climbing at high elevations in excess of 5000 meters, in remote and extreme conditions with no access to roads; trips to remote, extreme wilderness; mountaineering trips, and demanding whitewater trips with Class IV-V rapids.

Embark on an exhilarating adventure down the mighty Brahmaputra, one of the world's greatest rivers. This unique expedition starts at the border between India and Tibet, taking you through dense rainforests, tribal villages, and some of the most inaccessible regions in the world. Tackle Class IV+ rapids, navigate narrow gorges surrounded by lush rainforest, and immerse yourself in the pristine wilderness of Arunachal Pradesh. This is a journey for true adventurers, providing a one-of-a-kind experience through one of the last frontiers of untamed nature.

Any expense incurred due to force of nature such as landslides, bad weather or reasons beyond our control
Tips & gratuities (we recommend 5-10% of your trip cost- to be distributed among the team) – personal choice
Travel & cancellation insurance (Mandatory for all Travel4Good Programs)

Rapids are graded from Class I to Class VI depending on the degree of difficulty they present in successfully manoeuvring a whitewater raft (raft/kayak/canoe/cataraft) through it.

Grade 1: Relax and chill out.
Grade 2: Keep an eye open for small waves.
Grade 3: This will be fun – tighten your life jackets and helmets.
Grade 4: Getting serious; paddle well or you could end up swimming.
Grade 5: Don’t mess up – this is the hardest stuff you can raft.
Grade 6: If you are told you are rafting grade 6, your guide is lying – this is suicide!!

Day One: Arrival in Delhi – Welcome to India

Location : Delhi, India

Arrive in Delhi, India’s vibrant capital. You’ll be met by a Travel 4 Good (T4G) facilitator who will assist with your transfer to a comfortable hotel near the heart of the city. (If your flight arrives at different times from our transfer speak to us for transfer arrangement options).

Settle in, take time to acclimate, and enjoy a warm welcome dinner and trip briefing. This evening offers an introduction to the journey, setting the stage for the cultural experiences and meaningful connections to come.

Day Two: Exploring Agra – The Iconic Taj Mahal and Agra Fort

**Rafting**: 6 hours through Class III-IV rapids

**Highlights**: Raft through the dramatic Marmong Gorge, one of the most isolated sections of the Siang. Encounter challenging rapids and marvel at the towering rainforests, ending the day near the powerful Tooth Fairy rapid.

**Rafting**: 6 hours, including portage around Class VI rapid
