Join us for a weekend designed for anime lovers, cosplayers, creatives, and anyone who wants to connect in a relaxed, inclusive space. This coastal escape offers a gentle mix of creativity, social connection, and downtime all at your pace. Whether you’re dressing up, sketching your favourite characters, watching anime, or simply chilling with like-minded people, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

Expect sensory-friendly spaces, optional creative zones, a cozy movie night, beachside hangs, and plenty of freedom to engage in ways that feel good for you. Like all Travengers trips, this experience is about meeting you where you're at with warmth, understanding, and a whole lot of fun.

Day 1: Hit the road!

We’ll leave Sydney mid-morning and head down the coast (about 2 hours). When we arrive
at our cozy accommodation in Kiama or Shellharbour, you'll have time to unpack, get
comfy, and explore the space. Whether you want to chill solo or meet others, there’s no rush.

Arrive & Welcome

Once everyone’s arrived, we’ll gather for a gentle welcome session- intros, snacks, and a
look at what the weekend holds. You’ll get your own lanyard, a sensory-friendly schedule, and space to just be you.

Afternoon – Chill Creative Zone

Settle into a relaxed Anime + Cosplay Hangout session:

● Sketch your favourite characters
● Make a mini moodboard or cosplay inspo collage
● Share your faves (or just listen!)

Quiet corners, headphones, and stim toys welcome.

We’ll vote on a lighthearted anime movie or show to watch together.
Optional ramen bar setup- build your bowl your way, or choose a different dinner.

Morning Cosplay!

After a slow breakfast, we’ll start getting ready! Whether you’re dressing up fully, just
wearing an accessory, or not dressing up at all, you’re totally welcome.
There’ll be stations for:
● Makeup & props
● Sewing/glue touch-ups
● Photography backdrops (optional and consent-based)

We’ll have a mini showcase, only if you want to! Walk, pose, or just vibe in your outfit.
You can cheer others on, take pics, or enjoy from the sidelines.

Coastal Picnic & Chill

We’ll head out for a picnic at the beach or park nearby. Lots of space to sit, eat, chat, stim,
sketch, or watch the waves. There’ll be picnic blankets, quiet zones, and games (like soft
frisbee or card decks).
And a costume photo session if you wish!

Anime Music Videos on the projector with local fave pizza takeaway!

We’ll also have a relaxed creative zone open:
● Paint, collage, beadwork
● Write fanfic or just journal

Sleep in a bit, then join us for a slow pancake breakfast. You can help cook, decorate your

We’ll slowly start packing and come together for a closing circle and a chance to share a

We’ll head back to Sydney in the afternoon, with hearts full and hopefully some new friendships made. Stop on the way for a few last photo ops!

HOW TO REGISTER/BOOK:

Deposit Amount: $400 (included in the total cost).

Total cost including deposit, from Sydney: $2905

Contact us about other departure points than Sydney.

Pay in full, or pay with instalments. You will receive payment reminders for instalments when they are due.
The trip must be booked prior to the departure.

PLEASE NOTE, PRICING MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE. Any changes will be notified to you as soon as possible and you will have the opportunity to cancel free of charge if the price increases.

We can arrange packages from other airports.

Note: Before paying, contact us to see if it's the right fit for you!

NDIS: If you're on the NDIS, you may be able to claim the cost of the support with NDIS funding, or STA/respite if it is relevant to your goals. All plans and individual circumstances will be different for each participant.
You can ask us for a quote that you can bring to your NDIS planner, LAC or plan manager. If you want to be certain you can ask NDIA directly.

Please note: You are likely only able to use STA with your plan if you live at home.

Estimate if using STA/respite:
Self-funded: $400
NDIS: $2506

If you live independently we can send you a quote based on the hourly support while you’re away.

We will cater for dietary requirements if you specify your dietary requirements in the Traveller Profile. You will be asked to fill a Traveller Profile when booking.
