Simona (she/her) is a neurodivergent, CALD-identifying mental health support worker passionate about working with neurodiverse youth and is completely convinced neurodiversity is the ultimate superpower in a super-homogenised world. She is also a creative, a violinist who is interested in all things multidisciplinary / experimental art, body intelligence + biology, who is also currently studying acupuncture.
Jordy
She relocated from Tasmania to Sydney and is passionate about Disability Support, Mental Health and Equal Opportunity for all, and has been in the Disability Sector for the past 7 years. Jordy has a sunny smile and caring nature and looks forward to helping travellers reach their goals and have new experiences!
Day 1: Making our way to Katoomba
We meet at a set meeting point in the morning and make our way to Katoomba.
You will be driving a car.
Meet: Coles parking Turramurra 10.30am
Drive and pick up Erin at Tongabbie 7/11 at 11.10am, then drive to Katoomba.
Exploring the nature of the Blue Mountains
The Blue Mountains have plenty of stunning walks to choose from. We can't go to there without getting a bit of that tranquil feeling.
- Drive to Cahill's Lookout in Katoomba for a beautiful view welcoming you to Blue Mountains!
- Afterwards, head to the Yellow Deli for lunch and a hot drink
- See the Lincoln Rock Lookout
- Visit Wentforth Falls for a beautiful track (note: this one has stairs, and rails!)

After a busy day in the mountains, we visit this mystical café Yellow Deli - famous for serving delicious home-cooked meals in a "Middle Earth" inspired setting by a fireplace.

Return to Sydney
After a wholesome trip away, we head back to Sydney, and depending on how tired we are - have a sing-a-long or a snooze!
You will be returning to Turramurra Station 4.30pm or Brookvale 5.30-6pm.
