After the huge success of our 2025 gaming club, we’re excited to announce Term 1, 2026 of the Gaming Club! Over the past year, members have built friendships, laughed through epic wins (and fails), and discovered new favourite games. Now, we’re inviting you to be part of the next chapter.

This term runs for 6 months (12 sessions total), where you’ll commit to the full program for a consistent schedule of gaming fun and connection. Meeting the same people each session means stronger bonds and a more supportive, social group.

We’ll continue our popular format of alternating between console gaming and board games every fortnight:

🎮 6 sessions of console multiplayer
🎲 6 sessions of boardgames

What to Expect

Console Sessions: Choose from a hand-picked library of multiplayer titles — from nostalgic couch co-op favourites to modern online adventures.
Board Game Sessions: Dive into Fortress's full tabletop library, with classics like Catan or Monopoly plus modern strategy and party hits.
No setup stress, no wasted time — just jump straight into games, food, and fun.

Whether you’re here for competition, co-op, or just relaxed play with friends, Gaming Club is a welcoming space for all levels.

The self-funded cost for the full term is $240. Late registrations are welcome within the first four sessions, with the full fee applying. Registrations will officially close after April 21st.

Estimated NDIS cost for the full 12 sessions: $780.44 – $1,206.76
(varies depending on group size and whether public transport is included).

Flexibility

Not sure if Gaming Club is right for you?

Gaming Club runs across 12 sessions.

For the first four sessions, participants may attend one session of their choice for $30. This allows you to experience the program before committing to the full-term booking.
If it’s not the right fit, you’re free to opt out during this period. Please note that NDIS invoicing still applies for all trial sessions attended.
After the trial period, a two-week notice period is required to withdraw.

Self-Funded Cost

$240 total out-of-pocket for the whole 12-session program (covers venue hire, console/board game hire, and club setup).

NDIS Fees

Calculated using the NDIS evening hourly rate of $77.38 ÷ # of participants (3–5).
Each session runs for 3 hours.
Additional charges:
- $4.50 (if catching public transport with the guide).
- $15.33 Non-Face-to-Face (admin) per session for ongoing club setup.
- For the first 2 sessions only, the admin fee is $35 instead of $15.33 to cover extra setup (staffing, club launch, venue booking, and briefings).

We aim to run the club with 3–5 members per guide.

($77.38 ÷ 5 × 3 hours) + $35 admin = $81.42

4 Participants:

3 Participants:

Remaining Sessions (lower admin fee)

5 Participants:
($77.38 ÷ 5 × 3 hours) + $15.33 admin = $61.76
- $4.50 (if catching public transport with the guide).
4 Participants:
($77.38 ÷ 4 × 3 hours) + $15.33 admin = $73.36
- $4.50 (if catching public transport with the guide).
3 Participants:
($77.38 ÷ 3 × 3 hours) + $15.33 admin = $92.71
- $4.50 (if catching public transport with the guide).

✅ Program Commitment

This program runs for the full 12 weeks.
After registering, you’ll receive a “Program of Supports” Service Agreement.

🤔 Not Sure if It’s for You?

The first four sessions are offered with trial access, allowing you to see if the program is the right fit before committing to the full 12-week program. You may opt out after attending a trial session. Please note that an NDIS invoice will still apply for any session attended, including trial sessions.
If you continue, the trial cost is deducted from the $240.
After the first session, if you decide to withdraw, we just ask for 2 weeks’ notice.
