ABOUT THE TRIP
Get ready for a fun Newcastle getaway filled with adventure, good food, ocean views, and medieval magic! 🪄

We’ll be heading on a road trip from Sydney to Newcastle for a weekend of coastal exploring, mini golf, cafés, scenic ocean spots, and the highlight of the trip- the Newcastle Medieval Festival. Expect jousting, medieval markets, live performances, costumes, themed food stalls, and an atmosphere that feels straight out of another era.

There’ll also be time to enjoy Newcastle with bookstore cafés, beach walks, ocean baths, and a cosy accommodation to return to each day.

For anyone interested, there’s also the optional opportunity to join a Humpback Whale Encounter Tour during the trip.

This weekend is all about enjoying new experiences together, sharing memorable moments, and having a fun getaway filled with adventure, connection, and plenty of Newcastle charm! ✨

⛳ Newcastle Supa Putt: A fun outdoor mini golf session to kick off the Newcastle getaway with laughs, friendly competition, and sunset vibes together.

Day 2: Newcastle Ocean Baths, Optional Whale Tour & Medieval Festival

🌊 Newcastle Ocean Baths: Morning swim, ocean views, and soaking up the fresh sea air while spending time together by the water.
🐋 Optional Humpback Whale Encounter Tour: Depending on energy levels and weather, there’s the option to join the whale encounter tour. Otherwise, continue relaxing around Newcastle or the beach area.

Please note this activity is optional. If everyone decides to join the whale encounter tour, the additional cost will be approximately AUD $137 per person.

🍽️ Lunch at Sanctum Cafe: Enjoy a final lunch together at Sanctum Cafe before heading back to Sydney.
🚗 Drive back to Sydney: Heading home with great memories, good food, cozy moments, and a balanced Newcastle medieval getaway together!
