HOW TO REGISTER/BOOK:
Register by clicking "Book Now" and follow the prompts. When bookings are open, pay your deposit to keep your spot!
Deposit is 25% of the total cost: $752
Pay deposit by 28th July or 3 days after registering to confirm your spot.
Remaining balance is due 28th September 2023.
From Sydney Incl. Flights Book after 21st May:
Self-funded cost: $400
NDIS can cover: $2652
Total cost: $3008
Self-managed:
When it's open for bookings, simply go to the $ invoice tab, choose package, and pay your deposit.
You will get a reminder when you need to pay the rest of the cost. Claim back from NDIS afterwards.
Plan managed:
Ask your plan manager if you can spend your funding on this trip. Once confirmed, pay the deposit and claim back when we send you your receipt. We will then send the outstanding invoice to your plan manager.

This cost is from Sydney. Get in touch if you would be departing from another city.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS:
We will cater for some food allergies or vegetarians if you specify your dietary requirements in the Traveller Profile. You will be asked to fill a Traveller Profile when booking.
NOT INCLUDED:
Insurance: It is highly recommended you have travel insurance. Make sure your insurance covers you for your needs and activities and any health conditions you may have.
Drinks: Alcohol, drinks, morning tea/afternoon tea and other snacks is NOT included in the price.
Transport to meeting point: Transport to/from meeting point is not included.
