Plant-Based FOODIES TOUR BELIZE

Every day we will prepare (and clean-up) our WFPBNO breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks together, family-style, to learn and practice whole food plant-based no oil cooking & prepping techniques, new recipes and living our DELICIOUS, HEALTHY vegan lifestyle, the entire time! This way, you get a taste of many delicious meals and some new vegan food skills under your belt. You will leave with all the recipes we prepared together so you know you can continue this lifestyle easily, the healthy way, at home and LOVE IT! 

 

Vegan Villakulla is an air-conditioned 2-story, eco-friendly structure built in tropical Belize style just 202 steps from your door to the sandy water's edge of the Caribbean Sea. The top floor consists of a large, specially designed open-concept GROUP COOKING KITCHEN & CAFE with an adjacent OUTDOOR YOGA/RELAXATION VERANDA for 10 with a Palm Thatch "Palapa" covering. The ground floor consists of 4 PRIVATE ROOMS that each sleep 2 with a private bathroom, private air-conditioning and private entrance. There is also a DOWNSTAIRS OUTDOOR VERANDA with seating for relaxation.

Couples can choose a king room or singles share a room with 2 single beds.

Two of the rooms open to the ground floor Veranda, available first-come/first serve upon request!

Just 202 steps from your guest room door to the water's edge, you can go for sunrise walks, afternoon dips, laze around under a palm tree and take in some sunset relaxation any free time we have during the day or evening! And, Beach Yoga any time!

Explore all aspects of the Jungle from swimming, bird-watching, river tubing, hiking, waterfalls, bluffs and views!

Naomi Green is a certified Plant-Based Weight Loss & Health Transformation Coach who specializes in helping change-maker ladies adopt a whole food plant-based no oil way of eating to experience serious weight loss and measurable health benefits. She has been coaching private clients and running an insanely successful DIET REBEL Online Weight Loss & Health Transformation group program and a free global online Facebook support group for those going vegan for health. Naomi also presents cooking workshops and demos, cooking parties, corporate wellness program events and spearheads animal activism with her husband David at Vegan Villakulla, their Vegan Cooking & Adventure Retreat Center in Belize. She credits both yoga and going vegan with her 40+ pound permanent weight loss, health, healing and her happiness since recovering from breast cancer treatment in 2014

David Mannino began his love affair with hiking and outdoor adventures as a boy scout in the Catskill Mountains of New York. Since then, his love for outdoor adventure has only grown culminating in a recent rim-to-rim hike through the Grand Canyon...and now leading vegan adventure immerions and animal activism wherever he goes with his wife, Vegan Coach Naomi Green, at Vegan Villakulla, their Vegan Cooking & Adventure Retreat Center in Belize.

BEST DAMN BURRITO BAR: Dinner Cooking Together

 

We will board the DayTripper Catamaran for a sailing trip out into the open waters of the Caribbean Sea to nearby barrier islands to snorkel the shallow waters and find nurse sharks, rays, tropical fish of all colors, shapes and sizes as well as stunning reef formations and colors. We will also have a fun Classic Belizean vegan lunch aboard in between island hopping and then a leisurely sail back to shore in the afternoon.

Tour a real working Mayan Cacao Farm, learn the process for making real, dark chocolate and try your hand at it. Afterwards, enjoy a wonderful waterfall picnic! After dark, a mystical, magical Cacao Ceremony.

Stopping first at the Spice Farm & Botanical Gardens for a their Tractor Spice Tasting Tour, a picnic and then on to explore the NIM LI PUNIT Ancient Mayan Ruins site, an actual current archeological dig site!

 

 

Stroll through the village exploring Spices, Coffees, Tropical fruit, Seaweed Shakes and more. Then, it's off to the beach and hunting for the perfect coconuts. We'll explore finding and enjoying the coconut water, the process for making coconut milk and culminating in a fabulous coconut curry dinner party!

We will have a delicious brunch, some Vitamin SEA, a closing ceremony & visualization and transport you to the airport for you flight on Maya Air.
