Every day we will prepare a whole food plant-based breakfast, lunch, dinner or snacks together, family-style, to learn and practice whole food plant-based cooking & prepping techniques, new recipes and living our DELICIOUS, HEALTHY vegan lifestyle, the entire time! This way, you get a taste of many delicious meals and some new vegan food skills under your belt. You will leave with all the recipes we prepared together and your very own personalized MAGIC MENU so you know you can continue this lifestyle easily, the healthy way, at home and LOVE IT!
We have built in several structured group relaxation experiences to include Sound Bath Meditation, Releasing Fire Ceremony, Art Projects for rainy afternoon as well as plenty of unstructured time to walk the beach, lounge around, take a nap or journal or get a massage!
