CELEBRATING FRIENDSGIVING Through FUN Group Vegan Cooking (& Eating)!

Every day we will prepare (and clean-up) our vegan breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks together, family-style, to learn and practice whole food plant-based VEGAN cooking & prepping techniques, new recipes and living our DELICIOUS, HEALTHY non-harming vegan lifestyle, the entire time! This way, you get a taste of many delicious meals and some new vegan food skills under your belt. You will leave with all the recipes we prepared together so you know you can continue this lifestyle easily, the healthy way, at home ad LOVE IT!  For this special retreat we will be making fancier holiday recipes, so this is an excellent experience for those who LOVE more advanced cooking, too!

Day 2: Breathtaking Waterfall Hike & Picnic

We will enter the jungle through Cockscomb Wildlife Sanctuary and Jaguar Preserve and traverse the Tiger Fern trail up, up up into the clouds and down to 2 waterfalls...then up to a stunning overlook bluff for a fabulous picnic. Bring binoculars for birding (and other animals) if you got 'em!

Day 3: Spice Farm Tasting Tour & NIM LI PUNIT MAYAN RUINS

Stopping first at the Spice Farm & Botanical Gardens for a their Magical Spice Tasting Tour, a picnic and then on to explore the NIM LI PUNIT Ancient Mayan Ruins site, an actual current archeological dig site!

Day 4: Catamaran Sailing Trip to Snorkel the Reefs

We will board the DayTripper Catamaran for a sailing trip out into the open waters of the Carribbean Sea to nearby barrier islands to snorkel the shallow waters and find nurse sharks, rays, tropical fish of all colors, shapes and sizes as well as stunning reef formations and colors. We will also have a fun vegan lunch aboard in between island hoping and then a leisurely sail back to shore in the afternoon.
