DAY 1. GROUP GATHERING AT THE HOTEL CHAREMBEAU, WELCOME DINNER
The group will gather at Hotel Charembeau. This day marks the beginning of our journey together. We will start with a brief introduction to the Walking Mentorship Methodology. Each participant will receive a Survival Kit, a bespoke journal containing all the excercises and important information that you will need throughout our journey.
After introducing ourselves to each other we will present the first exercise. It is designed to help you reflect on various aspects of your current situation. It will provide a 360-degree "snapshot" of your life, giving you a clear picture of where you currently stand.
In the evening, we will enjoy dinner at the traditional French restaurant La Cocotte. If the sky is clear, we propose a short night walk for star gazing.

DAY 2, VILLAGE OF FORCALQUIER, LES MOURRES, CITADELLE. EXCERSISE RECONNECT
After breakfast, we'll embark on a walk through the historic village of Forcalquier, leading to the spectacular landscape of Les Mourres. During our journey, you'll have the opportunity to disconnect in order to foster deeper connections. We'll provide suggestions to enhance your experience, activate all your senses and encourage you to engage in activities often overlooked in our daily routines. Deep listening will be prioritized as we walk in pairs to gain diverse perspectives on our focus question for the program.
Amidst the stunning natural surroundings, we'll pause for a picnic, allowing you take in the beauty of nature and make notes in your journal. Then we'll continue our exploration with a visit to the Citadelle. At the summit of Citadel Hill, a breathtaking 360° panoramic view awaits, offering vistas that stretch from the town's rooftops to the majestic Alps, the Durance valley, and the nearby Montagne de Lure and Luberon.
In the evening, we'll indulge in another culinary delight at La Reine des Prés, an authentic, traditional restaurant nestled in the heart of Alpes-de-Haute-Provence.
DAY 3, GANAGOBIE ABBEY, EXCERSISE GAIN PERSPECTIVE
Today, you will embark on a transformative visioning exercise, where you will craft a vivid depiction of your ideal future. As the director and protagonist of your own "Happy Movie," you will immerse yourself in this creative process, engaging all your senses to bring your vision to life.
Our day begins with a leisurely walk through charming villages and breathtaking countryside, leading us to a truly remarkable destination: Notre Dame de Ganagobie. This architectural masterpiece beckons pilgrims from far and wide. These ancient works of art, impeccably preserved, tell stories of centuries past and leave you in awe of their beauty.
But the treasures of Notre Dame de Ganagobie extend beyond its walls. As you gaze out over the Durance valley, the panoramic vista takes your breath away. It's a moment of serenity and contemplation, a reminder of the vast beauty and possibility that surrounds us. This setting inspires us to see beyound our current moment in life and to take ownership of our story.
After our visit, we retire to the comfort of Hotel Charembeau, our home away from home. Tonight, we dine at Domaine du Bas Chalus, where exquisite cuisine awaits to tantalize our taste buds and nourish our spirits
DAY 4, GROUP TIME TOGETHER, SHARING, EXCERSISE ACTION PLAN
Today marks a pivotal moment in your journey. Having selected your desired outcomes in the previous exercise, you're now prepared to outline your Action Plan. This stage signifies both the culmination of our program and the dawn of a new chapter in your life.
We will gather as a group for a reflective session, where you'll have the opportunity to share your insights and commitments. Guided by the clarity gained from our experiences, we'll embark on a short walk within the serene surroundings of our residence. This tranquil setting will provide the perfect backdrop as we craft our Action Plans, outlining the steps necessary to manifest our chosen outcomes.
As we immerse ourselves in nature, let the quietude of our surroundings inspire clarity and purpose. Together, we'll refine our intentions, setting forth a roadmap for personal growth and transformation.
At the end of morning we will depart home with a step-by-step action plan ready to implement on our return.
