From the moment you first feel the warmth of Thailand’s golden sun, you can’t help but take in the positive vibes.
This nine-day tour immerses you in ancient restorative practices, yoga sessions, and healthy food that will leave your smile beaming and your soul stirring. Soak in the country’s culture of kindness with a dip in Pai’s hot springs and a visit to the birthplace of traditional Thai massage at the Wat Po Buddhist temple.
Then you can kick the energy up a notch with an optional round of Muay Thai. Your journey ends in Koh Samui, where you’ll reflect inward while nestling your toes in the sand as the sun sets over the glittering ocean.
All while building magical life long new friendships and memories you’ll cherish for ever.

Solo travellers.
We believe solo travellers should not have to pay more to travel so our group trips are designed for shared accommodation and do not involve a single supplement. Single travellers joining group trips are paired in twin or multi-share accommodation with other like-minded women for the duration of the trip. This also builds on our foundations of building new friendships and expanding your horizons.

Hi and welcome.
I can't wait to be your host on our Wellness Thailand Tour. After experiencing Thailand many times now and falling in love with the people & culture. I just can't wait to share the Land of Smiles with you.
A little bit about me:
I am the woman behind Wanderlust Solo Women Tours. I'm passionate about ensuring all my tours & retreats are fun filled and informative.
I was inspired to encourage and facilitate women’s travel after my own trans-formative experiences whilst exploring the world solo, after a relationship break up and a total refocus on life.
I hope to infuse each tour & retreat with opportunity for women to try new things, push the boundaries of their comfort zones and see the beauty that the world has to offer all the while forming solid friendships with like-minded women.
Building confidence & friendships through travel

Day 1: Bangkok
Arrive at any time. Arrival transfer included. When you arrive meet me your host, then in the evening gather with the group and CEO for a welcome meeting. Take this opportunity to set your intention for the trip ahead.
There are no activities planned until an evening welcome meeting.

Day 3: Chiang Mai
Begin the day breathing through a morning yoga session. Head out to a village outside Chiang Mai to a Lanna family’s house to observe how traditional northern Thai people live. Explore their homegrown herbal garden and learn about various herbs and spices before creating a Thai Herbal Compress Ball made for massages. Sit down for a traditional Lanna wellness menu for dinner.
Your Wellness Moment: Morning Yoga
Wake your body up by moving through a series of poses at sunrise. Reflect on your practice and enjoy the serene quiet.
Your Local Living Moment: Thai Herbal Compress Ball Making with Local Family
Travel to a local village to visit a Lanna family. You will be welcomed into their home and introduced to the many herbs and spices grown in their herbal garden. Watch and learn as they demonstrate how to make Thai herbal compress balls and then discover the healing properties of the balls with a short massage. Learn more about your hosts over a wellness menu of traditional northern style, Lanna dishes.

Day 5: Pai
This morning delight in the fresh, local ingredients during a vegetarian cooking class. Spend your afternoon wandering around town or relaxing in the hot springs and with a cold drink by the pool.
This afternoon opt to go to the spa, stretch your legs on a day hike, or get active rafting or cycling.

Spend the day as you choose – relax and reflect, or get active and adventurous.
Your Foodie Moment: Cooking Class
Learn about key local ingredients and then use them to make a healthy traditional Thai dish.
Your Wellness Moment: Hot Springs
For thousands of years, these mineral-rich baths have been known to heal a wide variety of ailments. Relax and soak up the natural health benefits.

Day 7: Koh Samui
After a particularly calming morning yoga session, enjoy a fresh vegetarian buffet lunch. In the afternoon change into your swimsuit, grab a paddle and head out on the water. Stand up, get your balance and soak in the view.
Your Wellness Moment: Morning Yoga
Enjoy a yin yoga session. Yin practice is slow, quiet, and practiced entirely in sitting and lying postures. It aims to relax the body and soften the body’s connective tissues.
Stand Up Paddleboarding at Koh Samui-Ko Samui
Glide your way along Ko Samui’s coastline on a stand-up paddleboard. The water in this area is generally calm and always warm, you’ll be tempted to jump off for a swim.
Optional Activities – Day 7, Massage (Southeast Asia)
Lay back and soothe aching muscles with a famous local massage. Affordable and amazing, don’t miss out.

Day 8: Koh Samui
Climb out of bed in the dark and enjoy the unforgettable experience of doing yoga while the sun rises over the Gulf of Thailand. Your afternoon is at leisure but be sure to return for a reflective meditation on the beach this evening.
After a morning of relaxation continue by lying on the beach and going swimming in the ocean, or choose to get your heart rate up and grab a surfboard or ask your CEO for hiking trail suggestions.
Your Wellness Moment: Sunrise Yoga in the Garden
Inhale the salty air while stretching through the breath guided movements sequenced with repetition to gain maximum stretching and flexibility.
Free Time-Koh Samui,Afternoon
Take the afternoon to unwind or get your adrenaline going – Koh Samui is your oyster.
Your Wellness Moment: Evening Meditation
On your last day in Thailand, sit through a guided meditation while feeling the sand beneath you and hearing the waves crashing in front of you.
