Reservations without payment for 2 consecutive months are subject to full cancellation due to nonpayment.

DIRECT INVOICE INFORMATION
All guest will receive an invoice via email to make their reservation payments.
All invoices are subject to a processing fee of 3.5% +.30, which will be added to your total amount of the trip, tour, or event.
This will be a read as a convenance fee on your invoice. This fee is nonrefundable.
Reminder notices will be sent via email within 7 days prior to payment due date.
Failure to pay the invoice by the due date will result in a late fee of $75 per occurrence.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION
Monthly Payments amount will vary depending on the deposit special offered and time of booking
Participants will have monthly standard payments.
Standard payments (not automatic) will have the same date each month based on the deposit of the initial deposit.

ROOMMATE MATCHING
Unfortunately, roommate matching is not available. If you already have a roommate, please add their name to your registration form. Payments towards your room must be received withing 24 hours of your roommate's, to avoid forfeiture. This only applies if your roommate is paying separately. It will be your responsibility to ensure that your roommate is paying in a timely manner upon there agreed payment arrangements.
Refunds will not be given due to roommate abandonment. Please ensure your roommate has his/her reservation and is making timely payments as required.All deposits and payments made to We NSpire Travel, LLC are NON_REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE (NO EXCEPTIONS) Please make sure you purchase travel insurance with care International travel requires a passport book valid for six months beyond travel dates. A full day-by-day itinerary will be provided 30 days before travel, if not earlier. are aware that your price and monthly payment will increase once the excursion and transportation is added. This price is based per room which includes the 2 individuals to a room. Please submit airfare once booked and received. This payment method is for your deposit only!!! After deposit is made, you will automatically convert to monthly payments.

Changes to your itinerary is $250 pp (per person). Must have a roommate at the time of booking. We NSpire Travel do not assign roommates for any reason. If anyone in the party cancels, the remaining person is responsible for the findings of another roommate or booking at a single rate
We NSpire Travel, will enforce and uphold the cancellation policy/contract of the supplier, vendor, tour operator, hotel/resort/ and any other entity with who we(We NSpire Travel) have contracted for the event, trip, and or tour. We NSpire Travel do not have the authority to override the cancellation policy of any supplier, vendor, tour operator hotel/resort and any other entity with whom we have contracted for the event trip, and or tour.
Participants are responsible for making sure you meet the requirement to enter into the destination for this tour.
Refunds will not be issued due to failure to comply or meet the entry requirements set by the destination.
This includes denial of entry due to COVID protocols.

After your first deposit, you are enrolled in our automatic billing. You can now relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. The purchase of Travel Protection Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case “what if ” happens. It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it! Key words PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT! Most companies offer “cancel for any reason” coverage at a very low cost however it must be purchased within 1-21 days of making your deposit.
If a roommate for unforeseen circumstances can't attend, they will be responsible to notify all parties involved. If there is a remaining balance for the roommate not attending, it will their responsibility to ensure the balance is paid or the remaining party will be responsible for the balance.
