ROOMMATE MATICHING:

Unfortunately, roommate matching is not available. If you already have a roommate, please add their name to your registration form. Payments towards your room must be received withing 24 hours of your roommate's, to avoid forfeiture. This only applies if your roommate is paying separately. It will be your responsibility to ensure that ​your roommate is paying in a timely manner upon there agreed payment arrangements.

PASSPORTS

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel

Proof of passport is required if you are using if for identification

You will receive an email for submission

It is the travel's responsibility to obtain a valid passport. Failure to do so will result in the inability to participate.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

The purchase of Travel Protection is strongly recommended to protect your investment just in case "what if" happens. It is better to have insurance and not need it, than to need it and not have it! Key words PROTECT YOUR INVESTMENT! Most companies offer "cancel for any reason" coverage at very low cost however it must be purchased within 14-21ndays of making your deposit.
