PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR TRIP WITH WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC

The following terms and conditions apply to any trip booked with WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC. By booking a trip with WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC you (hereinafter referred to as, “you” “your” or “traveler”) acknowledge that you (i) are 21 years of age or older, (ii) understand and accept these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and (iii) are entering into a contractual relationship with WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC. 

ABOUT US

WE STAY TRIPPIN is an independent limited liability company that organizes group travel planning only. We do the organizing and planning for you so you can enjoy a stress-free vacation. We are not a travel agent or a tour operator. We do not run the stated excursions but arrange the experiences on behalf of the client with partnered local guides and tour operators. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC is only responsible for trip hosts hired by our company and we do not own, operate, manage or control independent service providers and will not be responsible for their acts or omissions. WE STAY TRIPPIN's role is to only arrange services between the client and stated local tour operators, hotels and restaurants and excursions. We are not responsible for any of the scheduled tours. Nor do we have any authority to make any warranty or changes to tours unless stated otherwise. By booking with us you understand that your legal recourse is against the specific provider and not WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC acts as a travel planner and support through our host lead experiences. 

AIRFAIR

Travelers must purchase their own return airline tickets to the travel destination. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC will not arrange air transportation and shall not be responsible or liable for a traveler’s airfare, airline ticket, or air travel arrangements.  All issues with your air travel shall be resolved with the respective airline on which you are ticketed.  In the event the airline cancels, reschedules, or delays a flight for any reason or you miss your departure flight or connection, no refunds will be provided by WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC for missed portions of the trip.  You are fully responsible for any additional expenses you may incur prior to joining the trip if you miss your departure flight or connecting flight.  WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC recommends all travelers purchase travel insurance with provisions to cover unforeseen and unexpected expenses.

REFUNDS/ CANCELLATION/ ABANDONED CANCELLED TRIPS

Booked trips are entirely Non-refundable. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC will not issue or refunds to any client for any reasons. You are encouraged to purchase travel insurance for all non-refundable trips booked with WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC.

All payments made to WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC in the form of deposits, full trip payments, monthly installments are NON-REFUNDABLE All no shows, abandoned bookings, canceled bookings incomplete bookings will be assessed a 100% trip cancellation fee. By booking with us you agree and accept our no refund policy. In the event of any change or cancellation, you acknowledge that you will have no right of refund of the total payment (whether in whole or in part) and no right to claim compensation for any Liabilities incurred and/or sustained by virtue of any change or cancellation. Cancelled trips by the traveler will result in complete loss of your entire trip investment due to non- refundable pre-paid bookings for accommodations and tours.

Cancellation by us: WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC works hard to make sure all confirmed trips operate as scheduled. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC reserves the right to cancel a trip prior to the departure date in the event of an insufficient number of registrants confirm for the particular trip. In such an event, your will receive a full refund of your paid deposit. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC may need to postpone and or reschedule trips that are disrupted by unforeseen circumstance. In such an event, it is at the sole discretion of WE STAY TRIPPIN to postpone trips, reschedule trips and or issue travel credits. In no event will WE STAY TRIPPIN issue any refunds for postponed trips or travel credits or issue refunds for incomplete payments. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC may, but will have no obligation to reschedule cancelled trips however WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC may postpone and reschedule trips that are disrupted by unforeseen circumstance. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC will not be responsible for any amounts, including preparation costs, airfare, travel documents, Travel insurance or any other Losses or claimed damages. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC will not be responsible for any additional costs or any fees incurred by you due to the cancellation or rescheduling of a trip. It is therefore your responsibility to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellation costs. Guest name changes will be permitted with a $100 fee assessed. 

 You must ensure that you are informed and aware of the applicable health requirements and recommended precautions relevant to the trip and that you carry all necessary vaccination documents, personal health information or personal medication.  You run the risk of being denied entry into a country if you fail to present the required vaccination documentation.  Prior to booking a trip, you should refer to U.S. Department of State’s website www.travel.state.gov for travel advice and vaccination requirements for the trip destination. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC is not responsible for denied entry and no refunds will be issued in such cases.

LIABILITY

In the event you are injured while participating in the trip, you agree to assume all financial obligations for any and all medical costs you incur. You acknowledge and agree that IN NO EVENT SHALL WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC AND OUR MARKETING PARTNERS/TRIP HOSTS OR ANY COMPANY PARTY BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES OR LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIP.

In consideration for participating in the trip, YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR AND HEREBY RELEASE, WAIVE, DISCHARGE, HOLD HARMLESS, AND COVENANT NOT TO SUE WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC, ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AGENTS, CONTRACTORS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, GUIDES, FOUNDER, MARKETING PARTNERS AND OTHER REPRESENTATIVES (each a “company party” and collectively, the “company parties”) FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS, ACTIONS, CAUSES OF ACTION, AND/OR LOSSES (including but not limited to any exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages, medical expenses, lost wages/income, loss of services, lost profits, property damage, pain, illness, and death) (collectively “liabilities”) WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO YOUR TRAVEL TO AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRIP AND/OR ANY ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED IN CONNECTION THEREWITH, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITIES ARE CAUSED BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF ANY COMPANY PARTY OR OTHERWISE, AND REGARDLESS OF WHETHER SUCH LIABILITY ARISES IN TORT, CONTRACT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ANY COMPANY PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LIABILITIES, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW. You are urged to obtain travel insurance to cover against Liabilities resulting from trip cancellation or interruption, weather, natural disaster, strike, illness, job reasons, accident, sickness, evacuation, pre-existing medical conditions, baggage delay, loss, theft, and other Liabilities associated with travel and your participation in the trip. You acknowledge that whether or not you elect to purchase or not purchase travel insurance, you will not look to any of WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC /PARTNERS for reimbursement for any Liabilities suffered or occurring during your travel and/or participation in the trip.

INCLUDED:

Accommodations:  WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC uses various accommodations such as hotels, Airbnb villas and bed-and-breakfasts to house travelers during a trip.  Each trip will vary in terms of the accommodations used. Most trips are based on double occupancy capacity. Single room accommodations may be available at an additional charge and must be requested at the time of booking.  Room and bed preferences are not guaranteed. Check-in times vary worldwide. WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC cannot control or guarantee check-in times. When booking double occupancy rooms, if one member cancels it is the responsibility of the other participant to cover additional fees for continuing the trip.

WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC looks to provide a safe environment and experience for its travelers but cannot protect or guard traveler from certain risk and dangers when traveling abroad. During a trip travelers may be faced with forces of nature; political unrest; acts of lawlessness or terrorism; accidents or illnesses or other situations that may endanger the life and or wellbeing of the traveler.  WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC will not be responsible for any risks and dangers that may arise and by booking a trip with WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC you agree not to hold WE LOVE TRAVEL and partners liable for any harm suffered by you during the trip.  You agree to hold WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC harmless regarding any provision of medical care or the adequacy of any care rendered.

On some trips, WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC may hire a photographer to take pictures of the travelers, activities, and attractions.  By booking a trip with WE STAY TRIPPIN LLC/ partners, you agree to grant WE LOVE TRAVEL permission to use photos of you taken during the trip by the WE LOVE TRAVEL photographer on our website and social media platforms for marketing purposes only.

Inclusions vary for each trip. Please reference trip individual descriptions. The Operators reserve the right to change the Trip itinerary. Please refer to our website or other Company Programs before departure for the Operator’s most recent updates to the trip itinerary. It Is the Operator’s, and not our, sole responsibility to update the Booking itinerary.
