Room Sharing Preferences
For those booking the Garden Cottage Suites solo and open to sharing with up to three others, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist in assigning roommates. If you have specific individuals you'd like to share your room with, include their names in your email so we can ensure the necessary arrangements are made for your comfort. If we are unable to find three additional sharers, we recommend considering the single/ double room option instead.

Please note that the rooms shown are examples, as each space in our 400-year-old historical property is unique. Sizes, layouts, and furnishings vary, with many pieces being antique. Embrace the charm and individuality of this heritage site, and enjoy the warmth of Sicilian hospitality.

Travel Insurance – Stress-Free Travel, Covered

We want your journey to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible, which is why we require all travelers to have travel insurance. For the best flexibility and coverage, we highly recommend a "Cancel for Any Reason" policy.

Travel insurance not only provides peace of mind for trip cancellations or changes but also ensures you’re covered for medical care.

Travel Impactful Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and while our trips are non-refundable, we want to ensure you have the information you need to protect your investment.

Cancellation by Guests

• Deposits: Non-refundable (typically $500 per person).
• 180+ days before departure: $100 administrative fee per person.
• 179–120 days before departure: 80% of the trip price is non-refundable.
• 119–0 days before departure: 100% of the trip price is non-refundable.

We require all travelers to purchase travel insurance to cover cancellations, interruptions, or unexpected events. If you have purchased Refund Protect, their coverage will override our cancellation terms.

Transferability Policy

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your spot to another person. This must be done at least 30 days before departure and is subject to a $100 administrative fee and any applicable transfer costs.

Cancellation by Travel Impactful

• Unforeseen Circumstances (war, civil unrest, pandemics, etc.): Payments cannot be applied to future trips. Please contact your travel insurance provider for reimbursement options.

Flights & Additional Costs

• Travel Impactful is not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, change fees, or any other personal costs incurred due to trip changes or cancellations.
• If your flight is delayed or canceled, we do not provide refunds or compensation for any missed portion of the retreat. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers flight disruptions.
