CANCELLATION POLICY

• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing to [email protected]
  • Cancellations submitted on or before October 31, 2026 will be refunded the amount paid less the deposit and a $150 administration fee.
  • Cancellations submitted after October 31, 2026 will forfeit all payments made and no refund will be provided.

Seats are assigned by the airlines. If you would like a specific seat, contact the airline directly after you receive your travel document to request a specific seat.

Also note, that some airlines do not assign seats in advance for group bookings, and seats will be assigned at the airport upon check-in.

If you need a specific seat, you should not purchase your flights as part of the group booking. You should purchase your flights separately as an individual ticket.

2. Passport Requirements

• Must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date (expiration date of 10/30/2027 or later)

• E-tickets will be sent to all travelers
• Please keep a digital copy on your phone and/or a printed copy in your carry-on
• Seats may be selected at no cost during online check-in (24 hours prior to departure) or at the airport

  Notes are in denominations of E£200, 100, 50, 20, 10, and 5.

  Coins are available in smaller denominations, including 1 pound and fractions (piastres), though they are less commonly used.

  Currency exchange: Exchange rates may vary, and in tourist areas like Cairo, Luxor, and resort destinations along the Red Sea, rates are often slightly lower due to convenience compared to local banks or official exchange bureaus.

  The US Dollar is accepted in some hotels, tour services, and tourist-focused establishments. However, most everyday transactions are conducted in Egyptian Pounds, and change is typically given in local currency.

  Currently, $1 USD = approximately 48–50 EGP (rates fluctuate)

  Credit & debit cards: Major credit and debit cards are accepted in hotels, larger restaurants, and established shops. However, smaller vendors, local markets, and tipping situations are cash-based—having Egyptian Pounds on hand is recommended.

  Prior to departure, inform your bank and/or credit card company that you will be traveling to Egypt. Make sure you know your PIN for all cards.

  Please check with your bank for any foreign transaction fees that may apply when using your card abroad.

Tipping in Egypt is customary and widely appreciated as part of the culture. It’s a meaningful way to acknowledge good service throughout your journey.

Here are general guidelines to help you:

• Tour Guides:

  • Full Day Service: $10–$15 per person, per day

  • Half Day Service: $5–$8 per person, per day

• Drivers:

  • Full Day Service: $5–$8 per person, per day

• Porters:

  • $1–$2 per bag

• Hotel Staff / Maid Service:

  • $2–$3 per room, per night

• Restaurants:

  • A service charge is often included, but it’s customary to leave an additional 5–10% for good service

• Nile Cruise Staff:
